Had a wonder time here! Suite was comfortable clean and had a kettle bathtub and separate shower. Food was so good we ate here as they really made it nice for us. Nothing was a problem! Had a massage at the spa and it's the best ever!

Spotless. The hotel is located in an old colonial manor. Rooms are comfortable and personnel is professional. Just in the Centre of the town. Well furnished. Breakfast is rich but not extravagant . Parking is very close. Good furniture

The hotel location is excellent and every attraction of the city is within walking distance. Great restaurants and bars are all around. The streets around are all packed with locals and tourist and we feel safe walking around at night after dinner. The hotel is converted from a historic building and they have done a very nice job of it....

We stayed for 2 nights -- two families with children 8-12 years old -- and the hotel worked perfectly for us! It's a beautiful property, perfectly located in the heart of the historic center. We had a "twin" room with 2 full size beds and we were able to use one room, with an additional charge per kid of only...

Loved the physical building/ hotel - a beautiful remodeling. The morning breakfast was also excellent. Only complaint would be a sense of "cheapness" that the hotel charges for wifi and does not provide water in the rooms as is customary in most hotels in this region.

Very well located, beautiful public areas and really friendly, helpful staff. It was the perfect hotel for us to recover from a tough trek, the rooms are spacious and the food was delicious. The staff couldn't do enough for us, I'm so pleased our tour operator Incaventura recommended it.

Loved the chocolate provided for turn down service - Breakfast offers a great selection and is available early. On one day we had to leave for a tour before 6 and the hotel was nice enough to accommodate us and do...

Amaizing old building converted into luxury hotel. Perfect stay, comfortable beds, clean big rooms, very good restaurant, tasty and huge breakfast. Excellent service. Just in the center of UNESCO heritage city of Arequipa. What else can you dream of?
