This place is really nice & had a lot of fun here. But i'm a very confused guy & i left my headphones right in the open.... my own fault. But Manuel & Gonzalo of the security went out of their way to look for my headphones. They searched all night & checked the security footage!! Nothing but good things...

The beds/rooms here were super comfortable, the atmosphere was excellent, breakfast decent, wifi good except for in the rooms, fun bar/restaurant area and great location. The staff were nice but not helpful at all. The laundry service is horrible- don't use it. Also, don't bring your own alcohol in because they will try and kick you out for it. Overall...

We arrived at Pariwana at 8am after a nihtbus hoping to store our luggage until check in time. We were not only allowed store luggage but were given armbands so we could get breakfast straight away. The breakfast here is the best we had in Peru. There was delicious quinoa porridge, avocado toast, fresh crusty rolls and homemade jams as...

We were really disappointed. We did have a clean private room, which was nice. However, they require you to wear a wrist band the entire time you stay, which as someone who has traveled a ton, felt ridiculous. They way overcharge for beer (as stated on the lengthy list of rules, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited), and gave an overall...

Love this hostel! On a backpacking trip with friends we stayed here 2 nights before our Maccu Picchu trip and 2 nights afterwards. They do a great job organizing hostel meet events each night. They let you play music everywhere during the day. At 10 pm they shut down the courtyard for quiet time but the party continues in the...

We spent there 6 nights in the end of December and used a double room. Due to New Year`s eve, the cost of the room was much higher, however the normal rates are a good value for money! A beautiful edifice, comfortable room, very clean with daily room service, great breakfast, both the included one and the extra dishes, nice...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Pariwana Hostel Cusco lies in a colonial house built in the 16th century. The beauty of our hostel can be compared to any 5-star hotel in the city of Cusco, but with the atmosphere and vibe of our guests and the Pariwana experience. The house has an internal patio surrounded by stone archways in both the first floor and in the balconies of the second floor. Our restaurant and bar-lounge are located in the same salons where Viceroys used to dine with the local nobility. It is said that there is a secret passage between the house and the closest convent. Supposedly, it was built by the last Viceroy, Abascal, as he new his days were counted. Pariwana Cusco is located in the heart of Cuzco’s Historical District: only 2 blocks away from the main plaza (Plaza de Armas). The hostel is surrounded by the typical Cuzco architecture and scenery. It is nearby several restaurants, drugstores and transportation facilities. ... more   less
