If you are on a budget, this is excellent ... Clean, safe and near enough to the main sites. there is a night watchman who will let you in after hours, but rooms are simple and basic. Shared self service breakfast, some private rooms, but like most Peruvian hotels, the windows have white curtains and do not keep the light...

Loved our hostel. From what I gathered, this hosel is affiliated with the Catholic School in the back. It's safe and extremely clean. I stayed in a triple bedroom with a private bathroom, though, I believe there are some cheaper accomodations that use the communal bathrooms in the hallway. We were greeted by the receptionist when we arrived and we...

Very nice staff, nice and tidy rooms . Chose the rooms with a little private bathroom (a bit more expensive - Soles 105/$35 night) There are fresh towls and heating offered (Cusco can be very cold in the evening), and also a simple breakfast. In about a five minutes walk you can get to Plaza de Armas.

Rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and always has a smile to offer. For medium low budget this is really ok. Very good if you look for a quiet and silent place and you are not too much into crazy socializing. 7 minutes walk from plaza de armas. Sometimes the wifi doesn't work well but when it...

they were willing to negotiate their rate. Very accommodating. Once I was there I decided to sleep in Aguas Calientes in order to take the bus really early to go to Machu Pichu and they said surprisingly to leave my things in the room and they would not charge me for that night. Who does that?? so we did. They...

My three travel companions and I had a decent stay at San Juan Masias. The place is clean and well-tended, and in a decent location close to the center of town. Decent value for the money. Cons: The room is a bit cold and dark. The wifi did not work in the room and really didn't work anywhere in the...

We stayed a total of 6 days at this place. It was school holidays for the first 3 days, when there were 3 of us in the room. The place was immaculate ,with polished wooden floors .We were able to leave our luggage in the same room when we spent a night at Agua Caliente on the way to Machu...

We were a group of 10 (4 seniors, 4 adults and 2 children) and the lodging was perfect for us. The hostal was a couple of blocks from one of the main squares. The rooms were small but quaint. We reserved a quad, triple, single and matrimonal. All rooms had a heater, tv, and hot water. The breakfast was simple...

We made a reservation by email and the acknowledgement was prompt. We arrived on an early bus, were able to check in at 5.45am and even offered breakfast. We had a double room with bathroom for 80 soles, including continental breakfast. The room was spotlessly clean and there was a convector heater, just as well as the room was cold....
