We stayed at this hotel on 2 separate occasions during our South America trip. Very nice hotel. Rooms were a decent size, bathroom nice and comfortable beds. Food was very good, we ended up eating at the hotel quite a lot as the food was a lot better than other places we had been. Hotel centrally located. Shops, restaurants and... More

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for four nights and we couldn't have been happier with the location, our room, the complimentary breakfast, and the service. The room was kept immaculately clean and all the linens were crisp and clean. The mattresses were comfortable and there were extra blankets provided. Breakfast was wonderful and with plenty of... We stayed three nights in this hotel and it was quite nice. Wifi was good, breakfast was decent, but occasionally the rooms were a little noisy and too warm. The Maytaq doesn't have air conditioning, although perhaps a/c is rare in Cusco anyway. There's a restaurant with a bar connected to the lobby. No elevator to upper floors. Excellent service... We stayed here one night during our tour of Cusco & Machu Pichu - unfortunately for us, our agency made a mistake and could book all our nights in this hotel and we had to move and spend 2 nights at another hotel (for which I also shared a review and it wasn't very good) Upon arrival, we were checked... May husband and I stayed here for a few nights before and after we completed the Inca trail. The hotel is in a great location just off the main square and offers free coca tea and water to help adjust to the altitude. The staff are really helpful and the hotel will hold your bags while you complete the inca... More

I stayed at this adorable hotel twice while in Cusco. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I was greeted with a cup of the coca tea and when I returned a second time, they welcomed me back with a cute note and chocolate. It's just a short walk to the city... More

This hotel is within a two minutes walking distance to the main square in Cusco. The service was excellent for our entire stay. Our room was MASSIVE but the rooms varied in size. The water pressure in our room was also AMAZING. The mattresses were not the greatest in the rooms either. Wifi was very spotty but better than some... More

We stayed at this hotel in Cusco on our way to Machu Picchu and back. Nice and clean rooms, walking distance to the main square in Cusco. Lots of restaurant around the hotel. Decent buffet style breakfast. You can ask for eggs. However, it could take some time for eggs to show up.

Just around the corner from the Plaza de Armas, so great position. The staff are INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. We had a problem with a tour we were to take the next day and the reception staff were incredibly helpful making phone calls to the tour operator on out behalf. No lift. Staff kindly took out heavy luggage up flights of stairs... More
