Nice and clean. Free Wi-Fi. Good location, terrace with nice few over the city. Walking distance to the main attractions. Good laundry service. Including travel agency, helping even late at night to got a tour the next early morning. Mama Cuzco, the owner is very friendly and helpful.

Thanks to you A S. guys. Due to your great comments we are pushed to carry on with our bussiness and still giving you a personalized service to every single guest we welcomed at home. We like to share our customs and traditions from our homeland, leading you to non- beaten sites and treks all around out of the hotel...

Where do I begin! This was my first experience staying at a hostal and I was very open to the experience. Let me start by saying that Mamma Cusco and Pappa Cusco try to be nice and accommodating but that doesn’t take away from the fact that this place is not one that I would recommend to anyone. I wasn’t...

I´m very disappointed with this kind of clients whom use to look for cheaper places. As everyone knows in hostel like our we use to give promotions with our basic services for low budget clients. So hostels in Cusco which provide heaters and so on they charge over USD 50 night and this client just he paid USD 10.00 so...

I stay there for 7 days in twin room with my friend. I can get reasonable price from mamma, papa cusco because I stay for long time. On the third day, mamma cusco showed my room to a new customer and they seemed to talk about my room. And mamma cusco checked my date of check out. On The fourth...

This Hostel is in a great location, up some stairs, down a cobblestone way with building on the side. So historic! Our room had lots of windows and spacious and clean! The landlord was so friendly and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer there.

We spent several days with our base here. Walked out every day to eat to see sights or just to walk. Its a fine location and the views from the roof terrace are great. Mama and Papa are characters and he is a guide who was very helpful to us. There is a laundry attached which is useful. The room...

We came back to Mamma Cusco repeatedly during our month-long stay in Peru. "Mamma" is delightfully warm and accommodating; "Papa" speaks English and is very knowledgable. The accommodations are simple but all that we needed. The location is great and the price is a great value. Thank you for our "home" in Cusco!

We stayed here for one night and got a really good price, though it was made clear to us that this was because the booking website had given us that price in error. Nonetheless, Mamma Cusco didn't try to change the price so because of that, the friendly welcome, and the decent location, we are giving this place a 2/5;...

Papa Cuzco is friendly and makes good effort. Mama Cuzco is just there for the money. No interest in friendly service. Charged to print some pages of paper even though, we booked tours, accommodation and laundry through them. Improve her attitude to money and the place would be good to stay. Cold shower as per previous reviews is so true....
