They blamed us for a little crack in our window when we didn't do it and made us pay 150 soles for them to fix it. Our friends staying in the room directly above us had glass in their bed proving it was something thrown at the windows from the outside to break them and they still wouldn't agree that...

We have been traveling through Peru for 2 weeks now. Stumbled apon this gem, couldn't say a single negative thing. -spotless, spacious rooms -great staff, every one spoke clear English, were super helpful and eager to make your stay perfect -wifi strong enough to stream movies -amazing complementary breakfast! I was impressed at first, then they brought over a menu...

We had a great stay in Golden Inca. The staff are very friendly and eager to help with any requests. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The Golden Inca is very good value for money. We also got a free upgrade from a double room to a suite which was a nice gesture.

I stayed here two nights before 4-days Inka trek to Machu Pichu. It is quiet. Great bed. Hot shower. Perfect if you want something clean and nice but not expensive or fancy. Staff very helpful with good English. I also stayed 1 nt after trek. The comportable bed and hot shower made me very happy. They also have a nice...

Nelly and the staff were great, always very helpful. Plenty of hot water and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of fresh fruit, fresh squeezed juice, tea, cereals, cheese, meats, and other good food. The staff was very helpful in finding tour guides if you need one. Great value for the money.

Room and bathroom was very clean, the reception staff was extremely helpful, unlimited hot and cold drinking water. Initially booked one night only but decided to stay for another 3 nights. Cleanest bathroom of all the hotel / hostels we had stayed in Peru. Heater in room. Only 7-9 mins walk to Plaza De Armas Cusco (main square). They even...

On a solo visit to Cusco, Golden Inca was my refuge for over 2 weeks. The rooms were immaculately clean, the breakfast meals were delicious and filling, water was hot, staff very helpful in all respects. Although I walked most of the time, taxis were always available for about 4-5 Soles to Historic area (Plaza de Armas). If you choose...

The hotel has fare rooms, hot water and warm blankets. Breakfast was really good and with enough varety although the juices were to sweet for my taste. I would suggest to have on without sugar. We had 2 rooms and both always were kept clean and organised. We found it save too. The hotel was a 15 min from the...

The hotel is very clean, comfortable room, hot water. Freandly stuff 10 min walk from the main plaza. There are no windows at the room, and part of the rooms are bit noisy. The breakfast is too poor, I will advise to the hotel to add egges or pancake for upgrade. Thank you!
