We booked three rooms at this hotel for a July visit to Cusco. The reservations were made in April and reconfirmed in June and again several days prior to our arrival in Cusco on July 16. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel was fully booked and that they did not have a record of our reservations. When... More

The hotel was located in a real good spot next to the Plaza de Armas. The price for the room was very reasonable and the rooms were very clean. Free buffet for breakfast included ham, bread, cheeses, plenty of juices and teas. The wifi was good and the cleaning person was exceptional. Will definitely come back next time I'm in... More

My daughter and I went in the winter, but their central heating was broken. It was literally freezing, below zero, so we asked the front desk if there was anything they could do, but they wanted me to charge me extra to have a small heating unit placed. It felt like they really didn't care about us. I was there... More

This hotel is well located on a small plaza surrounded by shops, restaurants and interesting colonial buildings. Stayed on the top floor (no elevator) with grand view of the city. Rooms are spare, but very clean. No central heat, but lots of warm blankets. Front staff are very friendly and helpful.

This place is situated perfectly in Cuzco for any explorers. You can walk in any direction and find a good restaurant or an attraction. I was there in winter so they give you extra blankets, there is no heat but you will be warm enough. Most places I stayed in Peru did not have heaters. The Breakfest was ok but... More

It was winter when we were there. It was "0" degree celcius at night with no airconditioner nor central heating system (it will be a problem in hot days of the summer as well). Also timing in this hotel is somehow problematic. Because: for example the breakfast begins at 6 actually is not. Wi fi acces is possible only at... More

The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the front desk service, that's it. Owner is so rude and very agressive with his personal in front of his tourists. They charge extras in the midde of your stay without any notice so first ask about everything and what's include on your rate. Extremely dissapointed and breakfast is... More

We loved our stay! The owners were personable and helped get our other travel details settled, i.e. complimentary phone calls and internet use. Excursions were great and the grounds were amazing! Lovely meditation room and delicious meals. Looking forward to going back!

I enjoyed my stay at Hatun Wasi Hotel. The staff treated me very well and helped me with some good information, the room was small but I was by myself and it was no problem, everything was very clean and it was very cheap. The TV was small but had so many channels that I even found one from Brazil,... More
