The best thing about this hotel is the location and helpful staff. We were immediately welcomed to sit in a lovely open atrium style lobby and served coca tea. I had some trouble with altitude sickness at night and they provided oxygen in the room. It's a 5 minute walk to Plaza de Armas and the historical buildings. The restaurant...

The rooms are well appointed and clean. The hot water actually works, The staff are very professional and very helpful. There had been a strike on the rail that takes one to Machu Picchu and it made a mess of my pre-booked tour. The helped me get in touch with the tour company and I got to go. Even out...

We booked a triple room here last minute after arriving back in Cusco from the Salkantay Trek. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The free breakfast is a great addition. We wished we would have stayed here during our whole stay in Cusco!

I spent two separate nights here. The first night my room faced the busy street, Avenue del Sol, and one could hear the street noises easily. The second night was in a room which didn't face that street and the noise level dropped to near zero. The service was first rate, including the buffet breakfast. Luggage storage was not a...

The hotel is not big. Ask for a room that does not face the street. The hotel is located between the main plaza and sun temple. The beds, however, need improvement. Too stiff for us, Breakfast is excellent,

We stayed here for three nights in two separate times in our trip to Peru. The rooms were similar in both times and the gret minus were the lack of any view from the windows. The balcony was definitely the best part of this hotel; watching the beautiful city from there was amazing. There was local tea and fresh fruit available for breakfast, the bathroom in my bedroom had a comfortable tub, and there was a computer in the lobby available for guests without any extra charges, which was very helpful. The staff was very...
