Picturesque courtyard with its sun-soaked seating and tasteful greenery was the perfect space to acclimate to the altitude. The room was on the darker side, which was conducive for deep, restful sleep (though the adjacent street can be an unintentional alarm clock). The restaurant served delicious, hearty meals and I would always crave their fresh herbal teas every morning. Staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the laundry and luggage storage service was a game changer. Great place to practice our Spanish.

The flight of stone stairs up to the rooms were rough on our first day, but it served as a useful measure of our acclimation as we tackled the same stairs with ease further into our stay. Location was prime, especially for excursion pick-ups. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return here when I find myself in Cusco again.

It was a pleasure to discover this hotel, well located in the old part of Cusco. Charming old well-renovated building; clean rooms with simple furnishings; a delightful large courtyard. Very friendly, helpful staff, who made every effort to assure that we had a comfortable 4 day stay. We especially enjoyed the restaurant - low key atmosphere, a simple menu that included delicious vegetarian options, and again very friendly, efficient and helpful service.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ninos. Such luxury after all our other accommodations in Peru! The room was totally dark at night, with no noise at all, and such a comfortable bed. Our shower was lovely and hot, with great water pressure! The lighting in the room was lovely in the evening, with lots of small lights rather than one overly bright one. All the furniture and decoration is thoughtfully chosen.

Outside of the room there is a beautiful courtyard which was perfect for reading, with comfortable cushions on the chairs. At night the courtyard was candle lit, which was beautiful.

The staff are attentive, and the cafe has a good selection of food and drink for all meals. There is an open fire when it’s cold.

I cannot recommend this hotel more, we loved it! The only slight thing to note is that the rooms are quite dark in the day, but it didn’t bother us, we were out all day and enjoyed the cosy ambiance in the evening.

The location is also very convenient, as it’s not far from the main square.

It was a really lovely hotel, I loved the decor, the outdoor courtyard was nice to sit in and relax.
My room was small but perfectly fine for me, it was very clean and comfortable and the bed was super comfy and I slept very well.
The shared bathrooms where no problem, always extremely clean and the shower has great pressure.
The restaurant was great over my 5 night stay I tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and all the food was very tasty and excellent prices.
Easy walk into the city centre and all attractions,
Wonderful staff, friendly, helpful and professional, working in all areas of the hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again in the future.
I would also recommend the laundry service very cheap and clothes came back great.

This was one of the cutest hotels I’ve stayed at! The beds were comfortable and each room had a portable heater and multiple extra blankets. I was with my mom and 2 younger sisters and we had a large room with a private bathroom. We stayed in 2 different rooms all together as we were there for 4 nights before hiking the Inca Trail and 2 nights after. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious and all of the staff was very friendly! Showers were warm and rooms cozy with lots of space.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The building, courtyard, decor and atmosphere is so charming and peaceful - we booked 2 nights but ended up staying for 4 nights just to enjoy extra time relaxing in the hotel. The fireplace in the restaurant is particularly wonderful but the armchairs on the landings are equally appealing. The rooms are fantastic - spacious, tasteful and comfortable - while the restaurant has great food for all times of the day and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. We were so happy with our stay that we bought several souvenirs from the gift shop, especially since all proceeds go towards helping local children.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Really pleasant vibe, with a good restaurant (I had breakfast and dinner) and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.

I had two separate stays and stayed in both a shared bathroom and private bathroom rooms. If you’re looking to save a few pennies then the shared bathroom was ok for me as there was never a wait for either a toilet or shower.

As others have said if you’re thinking about how to get few extra mins in bed for the early pickups then this is the hotel for you as on the two trips I went on I was the last to be collected.

This is a wonderful place. The ambiance is exquisite. The food is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are impeccably clean and cozy. The price is very reasonable especially if you use the common bathroom. I love this place!

We were lucky enough to stay at both Nino hotels and they were utterly charming. The rooms were cozy and had good water pressure and hot water.

We especially loved the central court yards that could not have been cuter. No better place to come at the end of the day with a bottle of wine and talk with friends curled up with an alpaca wool blanket.

Everyone who we met who worked here was really friendly and accommodating.

Such a charming hotel close to the centre of Cusco . We stayed before and after the Inca trail in 2 different rooms. A lovely courtyard to relax in.
Friendly and accommodating staff who were so helpful.
Comfortable rooms and lovely onsite restaurant which provided good value and nutritious food. Luggage storage available if you are going on a trek. The only small negative was poor / absent wifi signal in the downstairs room.
A perfect base for a visit to Cusco.

Do you do airport pick ups??
Answer from WoodOK

Yes, they're fantastic there. Be mindful that when you get to Cusco, the folks in the airport will try to hustle you into the expensive cabs. Don't let anyone touch your luggage.
