This hotel was wonderful, comfortable and very accomodating. It's not the lap of luxury, but you don't really need that. For me, I just wanted a nice, clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay and I found that here.

hotel was perfectly ok for all our needs it was charming and quaint. It had character, breakfast was good, service was good. It had a road outside which was busy but to be honest it didnt bother me. The hotel was of a good standard and i would definitely stay there again, if i returned to cusco.

Stayed here for 5 nights in June 2010. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, is just a little dull and uninspiring. The one big problem is the design of the rooms and the noise. The corridors are tiled floors and when people drag suitcases down them you can hear everything. The bed is approx 3 metres away from the...

We stayed here on June 3, 2010 and then June 9, 2010. First room ground floor end of hall, 2nd room 3rd floor mid hall. Neither my husband nor I had ANY problems with noise internally or from street or otherwise. I was charmed by our ground floor room as when I opened the curtains and looked out the window...

I don't have a whole lot to say about this place bc I was only there for 6 hrs (Thanks to Condor Travel and their terrific planning... actually, had I followed Condor's exact itinerary, I would have been at the hotel for 3 hrs before catching a 6 AM flight). Bathroom was clean... but I was uneasy about the tub...

We stayed for 3 nights in room 119. The hotel is ideally located for restaurants, shopping, banks and a few minutes walk from the plaza and cathederal. There was a large party of school children in the hotel during our stay. They made a lot of noise, sometimes until 4am.Unfortunately the rather surly members of reception staff we spoke to did...

While traveling thru Cusco in early May 2010, I had the misfortune of staying at tne San Augustin International. Out of the thousands of nights I have spent in hotels in my life (I spent years traveling 5 nights a week) this was the noisiest hotel in which I have ever stayed! I had the pleasure of listening to the...

Stayed here for 5 nights during our tour of Peru. This is a great hotel with a quirky interior. Had requested twin beds but were allocated a double, decided to give it a go because they said it was a nice quiet room, but after one night we found it was too small (we are used to a super king...

I would recommend this hotel. The lobby is like a cave and it is very nice, the breakfast is great and the rooms are OK, Very clean though. We ordered room service, the food was delicious. You are a few steps from koricancha and Plaza de armas. There is a Con, there is no Minibar nor bottled water if you...

We were traveling with a group of 30 - rooms were preassigned. Some in our group were unhappy with their rooms and a switch was made immediately. The rooms were smallish by American standards, but clean and comfortable. They served an awesome continental breakfast buffet and were most accomodating. the hotel is kinda like a maze, rooms tucked into corners...
