We stayed for 3 nights in a huge room full of antiques. Spotlessly clean and reasonably quiet given its city-centre location. Close to Cusco's Plaza de Armas, cathedral, museums and other attractions. Friendly, helpful staff and a basic but substantial breakfast.

This hotel is more out of the way than it seems as it is on an elevated side-street. No biggie. The main issue was the shower, that was simply terrible. A cold drizzle of water, even after several minutes of waiting. Really not what you need after a day of excursions and activities. Other than that, its just a run...

This hotel is very quaint and about 5 minutes from the main plaza near a school. There is a bit of a steep hill to reach it from the plaza which can be challenging so go slow. We were on the second floor and had no noise issues. My only complaint is that on our return trip from Machu Picchu...

This hotel has the most valuable thing you can ask for...VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE. In a city so difficult to adapt because of the altitude to have people who are always looking forward to helping you is a real plus. The rooms are small and clean. A little old fashioned with very small beds. IT is located in a great area...

Very quaint hotel but very cold rooms even though we were given a heater for the room we could not get warm as a result of this we had to check out of the hotel. The breakfast was passable not much choices. The staff was pleasant to deal with . The location was good to the Main Square about 7mins...

The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived and couldn't do enough to help us for our entire stay. Offered coca tea on arrival and our bags were taken to our room. They are mindful of the altitude and coca tea and oxygen (if needed) are complimentary for the stay. The rooms were very spacious but the beds...

This exceeded all of our expectations. Such a beautiful hotel, in a beautiful city, located in the heart of it all. It's basically in the plaza de armas. The breakfast is great and the rooms are great as well. The staff was so kind and accommodating.

We stayed there on the way to Machu Picchu. Looks like one of those Spanish colonial homes converted into a pension. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, in particular Claudia. We stayed 3 nights in the cozy honey moon suite which was very roomy, a bit of noise occasionally, but hey, you're in the middle of town! WiFi excellent. Breakfast...

I was here with my partner, brothers and Mom. Staff was kind and helpful, they carry your luggage to your room despite them all being women. Rooms were ok in terms of space and cleanliness. However, beds are really old and uncomfortable to sleep in. Make sure you don't get a room that's facing the street as we had to...
