This was the best hotel we stayed in Peru. I wasn't expecting much during my trip since all I was looking for was comfort and convenience. This hotel more than fit the bill. Since another hotel was booked, we were offered this upgrade to a better hotel. I actually don't want to tell people about this because I don't want...

We had a double room with a private bath - TV in the room with cable & lots of hot water. All for less than 90$ a night. Cute little courtyard to relax in and free breakfasts (eggs, fruit, pastries, etc.). Coffee & coca tea available all the time. Located really close to the main Plaza in Cusco and near...

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for four nights durting a recent tour of Peru, along with our teenage son, and we loved it. We had been concerned that because of late booking our requested three-bed room might be on the small side, but we needn't have worried. Our room for the first two nights was more than...

I absolutely loved the Midori hotel. The staff is genuinely helpful and considerate. Our room was super clean and spacious. The courtyard was immaculate and charming. The wait-staff and chef in the restaurant were wonderful.....the best cup of hot cocoa ever! The hotel is only one block away from the plaza, and very easy to walk to shops and restaurants....

The hotel is basic and functional. In a category between two and three star. The staff is helpful. The rooms are OK. Oxygen tank is provided if needed. Heating through an electric heater.

We stayed at the Midori for 6 nights between excursions from Cuzco. Overall we were disappointed with the facility. Our stay was booked by a travel service (Inkanatura) and a double room was requested - I was not aware that a double room meant 2 twin beds - one must request a "matrimonial" room to get a small double bed....

Stayed at Hotel Midori for three nights as a base for trips around Cuzco in May 2009. Then came back for two more nights. Very, very clean and safe. Intelligent helpful staff and they will store baggage for you. Great location adjacent to Plaza de Los Armas. Only downfall? Noise. There is a middle school across from the front door...

We loved this hotel. It is quaint and cozy but the rooms are plenty big and very clean. It was just a short walk to the town square and lots of great cafes. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We would stay again.

This small Japanese-owned hotel, which opened in 2006, is a charming old Cusco home that has been beautifully refurbished. Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, with roomy nicely-appointed bathrooms (our room had a shower but no tub). The free buffet breakfast is quite good and lunches and dinners at the small restaurant are reasonably priced and tasty (although the menu is...
