Stayed one night before early flight. The rooms are dated with no room safes but everything was functional and on a whole fair value for the price. The rooms are around a courtyard. The room was cold but the cheap looking room heater was effective. Staff English was limited but I consider thats my fault for not knowing enough Spanish.... More

Stayed in 3 different rooms throughout my stay in Peru. Every time, something was wrong with the room, whether it be with the toilet or the heating. Much hotel is open to the outdoors, and this makes the place cold. Service was very good and issues were fixed promptly (and that is why the hotel does not get less stars... More

If you want a charming little hotel, check out Tupac Yupanqui Hotel. The location is situated a short walk away from Plaza de las Armas in Cusco. It's front wall is part of an original Inca wall as are several other buildings. It is just far enough out to be relaxing. The pricing is excellent for the location and quality... More

We stayed here one night on a double room with private restroom for 50 soles, parking nearby included. The soquets in the room did not work, the shower had no curtain, there was neither soap nor toilet paper available. We booked the tour to machu picchu here and paid in advance for another room for our return from Machu Picchu.... More

Comfortable spacious room...bathroom small and musty smell. We stayed here either side of hiking adventure and we're very well looked after. Great location, close to the central square, nonetheless, very quiet and relaxing.

We had a great time here. We stayed either side of a four day Inca trail trek. Loved the courtyard and the room was great. Staff were lovely too. Breakfast was also excellent. Fantastic place for a Peruvian adventure. Located right near the Plaza yet still peaceful. Thank you

We stayed here post Inca Trail as a treat from the hostels. Great choice. We had a huge room with balcony, very comfy bed and pillows, the shower had hot water and good pressure, great brekky spread (continental brekky and cooked eggs to) and top location (3mins from the main plaza). The hotel has a gorgeous sunny courtyard as well.... More

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody. The location is very central - approximately 2-5 minutes walking to the plaza des Armes , the staff are friendly and speak excellent English, laundry is affordable, and breakfast is decent. It's not a 5 star place if that's what you're used to - but the price, location, and staff make it... More

Stayed here either side of an Inca trail organised trip. It's basic accommodation, comfy beds and hot showers - the perfect combo after trekking the Andes. Friendly staff and a great variety at breakfast. It soon became home from home. Good location a few minutes from the main square. The rooms away from the main road were quieter.

We stayed at the Tupac Yupanqui before and after walking the Inca Trail. It offers a straightforward approach to Trekkers needs. Dry, comfortable rooms, space to review and dry clothes, good and plentiful breakfast. The courtyard area made a welcoming place to relax. The rooms vary in terms of facilities. The hotel is only five minutes from the main square... More
