We found the rooms were nicely decorated, however, for the price of the room there were fundamental things wrong with our stay. 1) We stayed for three nights amd there was no hot water for our showers. After a long day this was a huge disappointment. When we went to tell the person working at reception, firstly they told us...

I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights in two rooms. It's a lovely little place and the rooms are nice. We had the room at the top with incredible views of Cusco. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure everything was ok. Breakfasts were good and location is good, in San Blas....

We visited Cuzco for a week and found the city to be amazing. This family owned Hostal feels cozy. The breakfast with fresh fruit juices and new items each day started our days with a smile. The decoration is beautiful an it is obvious that the owners take pride in their work. Located a short walk from the main plaza...

I love this place! The staff is really friendly and the view is really amazing! You only need around 10-15 minutes walk from the Plaza the Armas and the streets in San Blas are nice for a walk. It is a little bit tricky to find but totally worth it. Brekfast was good with options of eggs, toasts and fruit....

Sadly what I hoped would have been a cute experience turned out to be epically horrible. I booked 2 rooms based on recomendaciones from friends. After a day at Machu Pichu: hike, bus, train and car. We arrived with luggage in hand and backs to no water for showers. Hostal staff didn't inform us; we discovered this as one room...

We didn't stay at this hotel but we had a reservation at an hotel on the same street. The owner was not there so we went to this hostal to ask them to keep our luggage for the Afternoon cuz we wanted to go sightseeing. They accepted and even tried to call our owner for us! Thank you so much!

Stayed 2 nights at Tierra Madre on 8/16. First morning, no hot water. I thought maybe I was showering at the same time as everyone else. Leaving for the airport the next morning, up at 5am,ran the hot water for 15 minutes, not even a hint of warm water. I noticed this was a problem in other reviews and emailed...

The home, because I felt it was my home...is located in the San Blas area. A quiet place inside the historic part of Cusco. The main square, La Plaza de Armas, is a 10 minute walk (down) and 15 min walk (up) from Madre Tierra. The staff was extremely well mannered and friendly. The owner Antoine is an incredible host....

This is a quaint hotel in Cusco, well located for tourism. It's a 10 minute walk to the plaza d'armas, 15 minute walk to museums/cathedrals. The hotel staff is very accommodating. There is wifi available. The rooms are clean, nicely furnished and pleasant. Our family of 6 stayed in two adjoining rooms, one of which had a fun loft which...

I was there with my family and a Mexican family and we all enjoy the place. All the staff very friendly, they made us feel like home. The breakfast was super healthy and delicious. Even my son ate yogurt with cereal, OMG!!! The view from the rooms was also great.
