It is very cheap and you get what you pay for. It has beds in the dormitory for 18 soles a night. They are not the gratest mattresses but you are probably not going to stay for more than a couple of days. Yes, it does need a paint job but it has reasonable wifi, a well equipped kitchen, fridge,... More

Nice place near the plaza de armas. The mattresses were totally flat, besides that, good for backpackers. Wifi, beers and water for sale inside, kitchen, private rooms and shared dormitories, and clean bathrooms.

The accommodation is very basic and the hotel is run down but I reckon it has a lot of charm and potential to do much better. It is very well located, the matrimonial rooms are quite cheap (for Iquitos standards) and away from the street which is good for sleeping and the staff was very nice to us at all... More

The woman at the reception was friendly and the location is really good. Other than that there are no good things to say. The room we had was damp, dirty and really worn down, as was the whole "hotel" in general (and our standards are not that high). The hotel has an abandoned feel to it. In place of windows... More

The hostal itself is okay. Kitchen offers everything you need, basic WiFi, showers, and a good hangout area. Beds are a thin matress and need to be replaced. The only reason why I highly recommend this hostal is because the offer an amazing and authentic jungle trek. Instead of staying in a lodge you first stay with a local family... More

The staff here were friendly and its located close to Plaza de Armas and many cafes. I had a really poor sleep though, it was noisy ALL night and so, so hot. Clean enough with good bathroom facilities and wifi. I wouldn't stay here again because of the noise but if you're only looking for a place to crash for... More

I LOVED the family and receptionist Julio ! They made my stay so comforting and fun. They even recommended me an amazing jungle tour into the deep jungle and to see a shaman with "Jorge de la jungla". Over all amazing time. THANK YOU

The hostel is located enxt to the Plaza de Armas and everything is really close. I slept in a dormitory, which is 20 Soles per night and okay for a short stay, because the beds are not really comfortable. The internet works slow but well and the kitchen offers everything you need. You can have breakfast there if you want... More

I stayed here one night in September 2014. The beds were uncomfortable, there was no hot water and it was dank & dirty. I literally could not wait for morning to arrive so I could leave. It has a great history but that's it. The owners quit caring about this place years ago.
