Very good front desk service. No air conditioner and had to ask for a room with a window looking to an open space (not another building). Didn't liked the breakfast buffet and the service (taking into consideration that nobody tipped them) was terrible. As I said great location!

This hotel is walking distance from Kennedy Park in Miraflores, Larcomar shopping center, and the cliffs/walking path overlooking the ocean. There is a Chili's, Starbucks, and pharmacy within a couple of blocks. It's a safe area, though there is a fair amount of traffic nearby at all hours of the day (as with all areas of Miraflores). We had a...

My daughter and I were in Peru for about a month, we had this motel as a staging place for our trip to Macchu Picchu, 3 nights before our tour started and 3 nights after the tour. It is very central to shops, restaurants and transport. If you want an experience you'll never forget, go for a bus ride into...

The hotel is well located in Miraflores. In a walking distance to the Huaca Puclanna and the Indian market. Close to nice restaurants like the Panchita. The room was basic and reasonably adapted for a wheelchair. I usually exit the hotel by the garage avoiding the external elevator. This needs assistance as the ramp is very steep. Breakfast is simple...

We stayed here with our tour group. I wished I was at the Doubletree across the street. Basic accommodations, everything is a bit worn. Bring earplugs, there was a lot of street noise. It is an excellent location. The breakfast was passable.

This hotel is a holding tank for tourists. From here you can see Lima by tour bus or taxi. The rooms are large, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was nice. Lots of fresh fruit. English spoken. We felt safe walking around at night. Miraflores is an upper class neighborhood. The Doubletree is one block away with a casino.

Room was pretty basic, but comfortable: clean, comfortable beds, pretty good wi-fi in the rooms. Hotel located in the nice area and the staff was pleasant. Electricity was off for a couple of hours while we were there plus the elevator was down for several hours: since we were on the sixth floor this was an inconvenience. Street noise was...

We had one night in this hotel and the stay was comfortable and neat. Room: clean and comfortable Service and staff: the staff is not exactly very pro-active but they answer all questions and support when being asked. Food: When we left, we were picked-up before the breakfast and got a breakfast box prepared instead - nice treat Location: The...

The staff is wonderful, but the beds are rock hard and the street noise is not filtered at all. Even people walking in the hallway makes a lot of noise in the rooms. Breakfast was very good and water pressure in the shower was great. But it is so noisy all night long it is impossible to get a good...
