The hotel has a good location in Miraflores only a few blocks from the beach. The guy on reception was friendly and helpful. He was able to sort out a problem with our room and help us book a city tour with hotel pickup. The hotel has a nice lobby area and restaurant. The room was modern and comfortable. Overall... More

The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful, The location was fine but do need to get a taxi to the old town, but other sites like the pre -Inca site of Huaca Pucllana is close by and worth a visit. The food at the hotel was fine and I agree with the other reviews the... More

Wow! This was one of my fav stays, and I really think it was due to the friendly gentleman welcoming us into his hotel. He was so friendly and gave us so many touristy hints and tricks, had amazing recommendations and even remembered my name. For this reason I would stay here again and again. The room was modern with... More

The hotel was noisy, and the beds were quite firm which doesn't work for everyone. Restaurant was just ok, but the breakfast was good. The location wasn't too bad though. Not far from the water and it felt pretty safe.

This place ticks the must-have boxes. The bloke in charge of reception was an outstanding ambassador, deserves a bonus. The rooms are what you pay for, it’s got 24/7 security and it’s in a great spot to walk to all the happening places.

On the edge of Miraflores but main local sites are within walking distance. Breakfast very reasonable. Like many south and central old hotels there's no direct ventilation to the outside air in a lot of rooms.

Helpful and super efficient stuff! Good, a 3-star hotel in the heart of Miraflores. Basic but included breakfast. We were able to leave our pieces of luggage for the entire day. The check out time is late, at noon, which helps. The ventilation in the bathroom makes you hear everything from the room next door.

Stayed here for three days. Before starting a tour of Peru. Very friendly helpful reception. Good sized rooms. Lovely not showers. Housekeeping extremely good. Lovely fresh fruit salad at breakfast. The hotel echoes somewhat, which creates noise. Some decent places to eat within 5 minutes of the hotel.

Quite nice, frondesk personal very friendly and helpful. Breakfast just ordinarie, no real ham just from can, bread were just whitebread, no full corn or more healthy ones. Rom ok, but airconditioner just blowing same temperatur air, probably not working correctly. Tv only in bedroom!

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Cruz. The room was enormous and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist. Herbert was a standout he could not have been more helpful with suggestions and advise. His knowledge of Lima and Peru was noteworthy. Overall the hotel was spotless. A great place... More
