If you are lucky enough to get a "superior" room with a view of the river and ruins you are in luck, but that is about the only saving grace of this hotel. The location is convenient if you don't mind hearing heavy traffic day...More
I stayed at this hotel overnight last week before heading out to Machu Picchu the next day. It's in a central location, just down the road from the main square (a few minutes) and about a 10 minute walk to the train station. The room...More
We loved this little hotel right in Ollantaytambo and the ease of seeing sights such as ruins right in Ollantaytambo, the Sacred Valley and the Pisac Market. Our room was delightful with a balcony opening to the stream below; the balcony table even had fresh...More

We arrived at the hotel around 9:30am on our check-in date, and they let us register and leave our bags at reception but told us we would be able to access our rooms at 1pm. We had a tour booked at 10am so this didn't matter too much, but perhaps write to the hotel in advance? They might be able to accommodate if you reach out to let them know you'll be getting in early. Also, plan ~30min to grab your bags and leave Cusco airport, and another 2 hours to reach Ollantaytambo.

The breakfast typically begins at 6:00 am. However, if you have an early departure, they will kindly have a boxed breakfast available for you to take in the road or eat there. However, it will not be a hot breakfast.
