Las Orquideas, The Orchids, is a nice clean hotel. Part of our G-Adventures tour to Machu Picchu, they usually make good choices to stay. A central garden, but better spray for mosquitos. Included breakfast was not bad and eggs could be ordered for about 3sol. Staff were friendly and the swan towels a cute addition. Wifi was not bad. We...

This hotel has a great location, the staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable. There is a limited hot water supply and poor wi- fi. On the plus side they sell water at the reception and it is very quiet so you're guaranteed a good nights sleep.

I stayed here for 1 night before embarking on my Inca Trail trek. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfy. The wifi didn't work at all which was a shame but the showers ran hot. Breakfast was simple bread and jam, There was a nice garden in the centre but the furniture needed some upgrading, one girl totally ripped...

My family of 4 stayed here. We got room 104 with 4 single beds. Good heavy blankets. They even offer space heater at request. We were here in December and did not need the heater. If you have the heater, make sure you have artificial tears to treat dry eyes. You will need it until you learn to get the...

I stayed here on the way to the Inca trail. This is a cute place with a nice courtyard. The towels crafted in the shape of swans are a nice touch. It is very close to the main square and the 'Quickimart' We took a lovely walk up to the hill fort and had great views over the town. Unfortunately...

Nice hostel with good service in this cute little town. Lots of cute restaurants near by for all the tourists stopping by in town. Located next to a little river, this hotel is lush with tropical plants. The rooms are simple, small, and thin walled. Beds are small, decent and not luxury comfortable but works. Takes a bit of time...

Great hotel with views over the ruins and mountains depending which room you get. Gloria was very helpful arranging tours and taxis. The room was large and comfortable, great place to stay for a few nights to explore the local area. Close to the train station and various attractions. Breakfast was good and would definitely recommend this hotel as a...

It surely has potential with rooms around a patio. Hostess is very friendly, bed is good, bfast ok. Particularly liked the fresh flowers in the room. On the improvement side: in room 10 the shower head was full of chalk, making a solid water beam difficult. When the neighbours started their shower, mine almost stopped. Furniture is a hodgepodge of...

Definitely glad we stayed here only for one night. The location was great- right near the train station. We stayed here before we started our hike of Machu Pichu, after our Sacred Valley tour. My husband and a friend stayed in a double room, and our 2 friends stayed in a smaller room. Both rooms were upstairs. Ours was very...
