I have stayed at Los Jardines a couple times now, and will probably be back in a year or so. It is a hidden gem behind the walls - there's a gorgeous garden and breakfast every morning feels like a tea party. The rooms are pretty basic but are clean and well supplied, and the service is top notch. You... More

We spend 4 nights with Raul, his family and his staff at their place in Urubamba. What can I say, It was almost perfect. The owner really wants to take care of his guests. Whatever you ask, he will always try to satisfy the wich of the guest. He even offered us to drive us to the train station with... More

We were very pleasantly surprised by the grounds and by the friendly service at this budget hotel. Raul and his family were incredibly welcoming. We were treated like family the second we walked in the door and left wishing we had booked another night at this comfortable place. Breakfast is fresh and served in the leafy garden. We took Raul's... More

We stayed in a 3-person room at Los Jardines for 2 nights. The room, although the cheapest that we stayed in during our trip to the Sacred Valley area, compares very favorably to any other that we stayed in. What sets this place apart is the great personal attention we got from Raul and his mother. They are very gracious... More

A simple and comfortable place to stay. The rooms are spacious and there is plenty of hot water. Breakfast is basic but taken in the attractive garden. Raul the owner is very helpful. The taxi and bike trip he arranged to Moray and Salinas was great. The bikes were well maintained and the directions were clear. You may wish to... More

This place is a real gem and I strongly recommend it if staying in Urubamba. For $30 USD you get a room in a beautiful quiet garden which smells gorgeous. Clean. Tidy. The owner Raul who you meet is a gentleman and very helpful. Place feels very safe too. Breakfast offered is good value and easy. If want to do... More

What a beautiful place! The owners are friendly and exceedingly helpful. At one point the son of the owner (forgot his name, sorry!) told us precisely how much to pay to get around the Urubamba area (to Moray, Maras, and the salt flats) which was a huge help when taxi drivers tried to ask for ridiculous amounts. Breakfast was really... More

We shared a 3 person room that looked out onto the gorgeous sunny gardens. Very relaxing place. They helped us get to moray and salinas, and ollantaytambo on public transport.
