Our family (2 adults and 2 daughters) had a great 7-night stay at Beach Cocomo in June 2015. The food was fantastic. It was a beautiful spot, we enjoyed the beach and trips to Sigatoka on the local bus and chats with Marie and Isao. Highlight of the stay for our daughters was the surfing trip and lesson with Isao!...

My family and I had an enjoyable week at Beach Cocomo, the food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. Was an easy 15 minute trip by local bus to Sigatoka which we done most days, the kids done a bit of snorkeling on a couple of the days we had good weather, and one of the highlights was...

Marie is the best cook ever! It is worth to stay here just for the food. Beautiful delicate dishes made to perfection. She could be a famous chef back home. I was a single traveller and found it to be a bit isolating. Not much to do when it's boiling hot and only ceiling fans. No TV minimal wifi. Would...

Great views, amazing food! We just loved the set menu! The idea of fusion between Fijian, Japanese and Korean food is fantastic! The restaurant is beautiful, feels very cosy! Thanks a lot to Isao and Marie, we just wished we could move there!

This is a wonderful relaxing alternative to the big Fijian resorts. It has just two traditional-style bures - we stayed in the larger one and it was very spacious, with a nice verandah and hammock seat to use in the evenings. The standout feature of Beach Cocomo has to be Marie's food. The 'cafe' is a cute open-sided thatched hut....

I was working in Fiji and took time off to explore and experience different parts of the country. I booked this place on a whim and liked it so much I went back again at the end of my holiday for a week. During the time I was staying on Fiji, I met and stayed with many people and at...

We stayed at Beach Cocomo after spending 4 nights in the Yasawa Islands. All I can say is we wished we had stayed here on all our nights. You can see the effort and heart gone into this place the moment you step through the doors. Marie cooked us some great meals, using fresh local produce and catered to our...

I go to Fiji regularly to holiday and for years I had just driven past this property along the highway as I thought it was just accommodation - little did I know, that it was a hidden gem. While I have never stayed in the accommodation, I have dined at the restaurant many times now. The food is amazing, cooked...

We stayed (with another family) at Beach Cocomo and had a wonderful relaxing time there. Marie cooked us the most delicious breakfasts and dinners in Vakacegu Cafe from the fresh local produce she sources daily from the markets and fishermen. The rooms are comfortable and casual, and (apart from the road traffic in the early hours of the morning) a...

Beach Cocomo is on a small strip of land in between the coral coast and the main road running from the airport to Suva. It has its own reef on the beachfront, good for beachcombing not swimming, but beautiful nonetheless. We stayed in the larger of the 2 cabins in late November. The rooms were fitted out to a lovely...
