I stayed at this hotel for two nights in October 2022. It is very central and a short distance from Skanderbeg Square. It is on a busy noisy road but the rooms are double glazed and being on the sixth floor in room 605 this was not a big problem. I found all over Albania that road traffic noise tails off somewhat by 10.30 pm. The view from the room is one of a large skyscraper being built.
My room was very spacious, light and very clean and is one of the few rooms I have stayed in anywhere where the refrigerator doesn't sound like a nuclear reactor powering up every half hour. The rooms are opened with an electronic swipe card which give a rather loud and unnecessary musical refrain on opening. Being close to the lifts I thought this may be a problem but it wasn't. Staff are OK but not as outwardly friendly as I have met in the other 4 Albanian hotels in which I have stayed. Then again That seems to be common to capital cities all over the world.
The bed was one of the best I've slept on for a while. Large and comfy mattress with memory foam pillows.

Stayed here two nights , We also got upgraded to a slightly bigger suite.

The reception staff was courteous though always not helpful - esp when the requests had to carry over from their shift to the next . Minor gripe.

The rooms were great, spacious and clean. Another point to note here was that the shower area had a glass separation to the bedroom but a screen was missing to pull down. can be awkward if not traveling as a couple! Also the temperature was stuck at 22. We had to call the reception everytime to get it reduced to what we wanted.

Apart from this , good breakfast. they have a great spread. No complaints there at all!!!

Can't complain about the location at all- very convenient and well located.. If arriving by car, goto the reception and ask them - they will send someone to guide you thru the maze behind the hotel to the parking spot.

Will recommend .

Great location 100 meters form Skanderbeg square and 200 meters form where the airport bus (by Luna) bus stop is located. Nice rooms. Very friendly staff both in reception and in breakfast restaurant. Several restaurants and tourist attractions in walking distance.

The worst service that I ever experienced in the hotel industry. Receptionist Izzi Ara was very rude. She was expressing her unsatisfactory towards me. I asked for laundry service and gave the money after service (more than it cost, asked for change but laundry-lady didn’t have it) Next time while requesting laundry service they informed that I didn’t pay for the first service, but they make it free of charge🤣 When I said that I actually paid already Receptionist inform it was a tips for housekeeping. Following this she ask me did I ever stay in the hotel and then whatever feedback I gave she said that don’t care. She actually said “I don’t care”At the end she wanted to give me tips back and never understood that it wasn’t about money. She offended me as a guest and visitor of your country without any valid reason. She said that I’m rude and don’t know anything.
Dear Management please remove this kind of employee and replace with a friendly staff. I’ve seen around a lot of helpful and good people but this such an attitude can’t work in the hospitality at all.
1 star only because of lady receptionist
The rest was okay

The front desk receptionists exhibited commendable support and understanding throughout my stay. Additionally, the availability of free car parking was appreciated. I occupied a spacious room which, while I cannot definitively ascertain if it falls under the standard category, provided excellent accommodations. The tranquil and comfortable ambiance was noteworthy, and the contemporary bathroom was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. The hotel staff, in general, demonstrated a consistent level of professionalism and helpfulness. The hotel's central location in the heart of Tirana further added to its appeal. Regrettably, due to the limited duration of my stay, I was unable to fully explore the hotel's facilities. Nevertheless, based on my experience, I confidently recommend this establishment for lodging purposes.

Excellent hotel to discover Tirana. it is placed right in the city centre just a few seconds away from the main square and all main attractions. The rooms are truly great spacious, well designed, great bathrooms and showers, and truly elegant. Very good breakfast in the morning and excellent service to accommodate any requests. The concierge staff very friendly and helpful with any requests, from general information to a taxi booking to the airport. all this made our first trip to Tirana very comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable. It's in a city center, very close to shopping center and a lot restaurants nearby.
Breakfast was really good.
Very kind staff in reception and restaurant during breakfast.

Would definitely stay again!

The only thing I would recommend is for guests who are coming with car, to be informed about parking which is in backside of the hotel, and the road which goes into parking. Needs explaining for the first visit.

The hotel was in the perfect location, just across from Skanderbeg square. Our room was on the opposite side to the main road so it was really quiet, The room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was good, especially the pancakes which I had every day. The staff were really helpful and provided all the information we needed to get a taxi to Dajti mountain, as well as information around money exchange.

Incredibly comfortable and great location. Rooms are very clean and well maintained, the only thing missing in the room was a safe. Breakfast each morning was delicious, a good selection of items and lots for vegetarians too. Staff very nice. Would stay there again.

An excellent mid size hotel, very well placed in the city centre. Reasonable size room, comfortable beds, modern shower room, very good breakfasts, friendly, helpful staff. The location is first rate, within 100 metres of the city centre Skanderbeg Square, but quiet and peaceful. Difficult to do better for a mid range hotel. Thoroughly recommended.
