What a fantastic hotel . This my 2nd visit and just so good.
The front staff are amazing and are so helpful, always with a smile and will give you any information you wish and fantastic advice. The rooms are beautiful and clean everything you need you just ask and it’s there. The morning breakfast was a delight everything fresh, even if it wasn’t on the menu, they will get it for you as many cappuccinos as you like. Yes, the language barrier is difficult but they tried very hard and all the staff are a credit to this hotel. I was having dental treatment next door and it was just a delight staying here. I will be back in July for further treatment and this is the only hotel I will be staying at .
The evening meal is very good and there are plenty of restaurants nearby and supermarkets you fancy a change. Well done to you all and thank you.

rooms and the breakfast was really good. The morning receptionist was so lovely and helpful we were able to ask her anything she recommended some places and helped us when we asked about routes to places and offered help calling around to find the best options. Overall was so great would definitely recommend

Outstanding hotel. Such a good size bedroom and bathroom, complete with everything you need to have a good stay. We had the third floor with terrace. So lovely to sit outside and just relax. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was delicious. All reasonable priced. The receptionist very helpful, overall very pleased with this hotel, and would definitely stay here again

Costumer services is extremely bad, the Manager there had an unacceptable behaviour to the client. I will not recommend at all to any one. This review is for the bar not for the Hotel part. It is first time that I witness this kind of behaviour in Albania.

We stayed at the Hotel Boutique Vila 135 and had a really good time. Before we arrived the hotel arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport, he was waiting for us on time, but we had a very late message from Reception (we were actually on the flight it was that late) asking us to confirm our flight number, which I had already done. Regardless of potential confusion we were taken smoothly and checked in efficiently and with a friendly welcome. All the staff at the hotel we met were friendly and spoke good English. We also heard some of them talking to other guests in Italian. We asked for a map which the receptionist did not have but she attempted to make us happy by recommending some offline apps, as well as some advice on a local laundry if we needed it and some recommended local travel companies if we wanted to do any day trips. The receptionists also were happy to take a delivery for us, let us know where the local post office was and let us store luggage until we left of our final day. The price we paid for our stay was excellent value.
We were given a room upgrade on arrival which was a nice surprise. We had a first-floor double room with a small balcony facing the street. There is a lift and stairs in the hotel to reach upper floors. The room had a small desk, kettle, bookshelves, a mini bar, a small safe, a large wardrobe which sadly only had four hangers in it so that is an area that could be looked at, a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom with a large shower and hairdryer. The room was a good size too, had reasonable air conditioning and was very comfortable for the week. I liked the electronic menu inside the door where you can select either to have the room made up, wait for the door to be answered if someone knocks, or a do not disturb choice. There were a few downsides to the room. The key card didn’t initially work and it took a little while for the nice receptionist to sort it out, but she did so efficiently and apologetically so no harm was done. The first night we could smell cigarette smoke and thought it might be coming from the outdoor section of the restaurant where smoking is allowed (it was noticeable for us that many Albanians smoke and if you come from a country where smoking is prohibited in public spaces it is very odd now to see people smoking in some cafes, restaurants and bars). It was below our room, and we had the window open. The smoky smell only seemed to be present on our first night, so we did not have an issue with it. We could only get the TV to play Netflix and YouTube, not that we were in much to watch it, there was too much to see and do. The street outside the hotel is very busy with traffic, and the corridors quite echoey, so if you are a light sleeper that may annoy you. The internet was a little slow at times and there was a power cut on our last night so an emergency light came on at 5am and woke me up. Again, reception apologised for an disruption, which of course they couldn’t help and we didn’t blame them for.
The housekeeping was a little erratic. The standard of cleaning was superb, there was no issue with that. But refills of toiletries, toilet paper, the number of towels, or tea was erratic to say the least, sometimes generous and sometimes non-existent.
The food at the hotel is good. Breakfast consists of juice, a choice of coffees, Albanian fried dough balls with honey and jam, a choice of either muesli, croissant, eggs with salad and ham or sausage, or a breakfast sandwich, followed by fruit. Dinner is served in the same restaurant, with a wide selection of light snacks, starters, main courses and desserts. The restaurant/café is popular all day with local people and always busy. In the outdoor smoking section, there are two large screens often showing big football matches from across Europe.
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is a 25 minute drive from the airport, there are lots of local shops and restaurants, the main square, Skanderbeg, with the National Museum is a few minutes walk, and the rest of Tirana’s main sights are close by. I enjoyed my time at the Hotel Boutique Vila 135 and would happily stay there again.

This has been one of the best hotels I have ever used. The staff are wonderful kind helpful and very respectful.

The place was s so clean it is spotless. The rooms are comfortable warm and a great shower in the bathroom. Good big rooms and a very spacious balcony outside.

The food for breakfast was just beautiful especially the fresh fruit and fresh orange juice. We ate mainly in the hotel as the food was delicious very reasonable prices and wonderful service.
The coffee is perfect too.

The two young ladies on the front desk were fantastic. The girls went way over and beyond for us. I found great markets and got some lovely pashminas on the recommendation of the girls, I want to say a big thank you to them. They arranged a driver who we used for our 3 days there he took us as far as the Greek border and also as far as the border of Montenegro. He was very polite full of knowledge and we seen everything and more than planned. I strongly recommend using this gentleman as your driver as he is very good. The hotel uses this gentleman services for hotel pickup.

The hotel is very central walking distance of everything in Tirana. For Tirana we used Guru walking tours and we seen so so much of the lovely Tirana.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations and on returning to Tirana I will be staying here. If this hotel is available book it….

Lovely, spotless rooms with roomy beds and convenient access to the city's top attractions.

The staff is always very accommodating and will do everything to meet your needs.

Since I am a vegan, the morning breakfast was limited to a fruit buffet for me. The vegan banana walnut cake and corn donuts they made especially for us the next day were both amazing.

I would undoubtedly recommend everyone I know to stay here.

Very nice location, the hotel has been recently renovated and is centrally located, the rooms are large and the bathroom comfortable. The hotel is accessed via the smoking area of the bar/restaurant below. The smell of cigarette smoke that rises from the bar along the stairs to all floors also invades the rooms. New and welcoming furnishings; comfortable bathroom with large shower.
The room faced a very busy road and was therefore very noisy.
Upon arrival we had to settle the payment with the proposal of being able to have a discount of 20 euros if we paid in cash. We feared some scam and opted to pay by card. At the moment we have not yet received the payment receipt.
Young and inexperienced staff... Kind enough but not too knowledgeable for a 4-star hotel: when asked for a change of towels, she told us to follow her into the storage room and gave them to us. When asked why they made us pay for the second coffee taken during breakfast (included in the price), they told us curtly that this was expected and that we had to adapt to the rules of other countries (as if it were a country problem and not that country's). single hotel) ...
The room was not cleaned well, we found hairs in the sheets and towels.
Breakfast served at the bar below included 4 pre-established menus (nothing exceptional) with no possibility of variations or additions. If you are a lover of English tea: forget it. They bring you a tiny cup of water with just one tea bag... Without being able to choose anything else.
The bar staff, unlike the hotel staff (who had a minimum of good manners), are decidedly listless, not smiling and not welcoming.
Average quality/price ratio but I would NOT go back and I DO NOT recommend it.
