The hotel's location is distinctive, it's in the center of Tirana and most of Tirana's attractions are around it or few minutes away.
The rooms are clean, but it's some kinda small which may be disliked by some people.
The hotel's restaurant is very small as well and crowded.
The breakfast food is good, yet not all of food items are halal
The internet connection is very fast and good, I am writing this review from it.

If you look for a perfect located hotel in Tirana, go for the Capital Hotel. All important sights (including their really nice market around the corner) are reachable within walking distance - we liked that. Rooms are not very spacious, but have everything we asked for. The ladies from the reception were helpful and fluently English speaking. Breakfast was also satisfying. If you want an accommodation with value for money, got there.

For a three star hotel this more than met our needs. A room on the fourth floor overlooking the back of the hotel was quiet at night time (but not during the day when a domed arena below hosted a series of events from sports to dancing). It was very clean and well maintained, lots of hot water in the shower but it did mean a hair wash every day from the overhead rose. My move to the first floor (room 101) was not so welcome as overlooked the front and a busy road. I was also subject to waterfall noises as it seemed as if every water and waste pipe cascaded down through the cavity walls of my room. The sound also resonated up from the ground floor sitting area. So would not recommend this floor or this room. But the staff were kind and friendly and the hotel is well located, being a five min walk from the central square where the airport shuttle bus drops you off in the centre of town.

Room Tip: Avoid a first floor room esp room 101. Gurgling water sounds from above.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The service I received from hotel reception and staff was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The location is perfect for getting to all the tourist spots and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance and the bus stops are nearby if you need to take public transport. I think that the breakfast selection could be more varied with more hot food options, however the location, and the staff made for a peaceful relaxing stay. I would stay here again.

We are a couple from Dubai who spent 3 nights during the Eid holidays in this centrally located hotel during our maiden trip to Tirana. The hotel is located within a short walk from the Skenderbeg square as well as several local attractions. The breakfast was good and the free internet was available everywhere in the hotel.
We would like to particularly thank and appreciate the personal attention and help received from Mrs. Ilda at the reception in organizing our taxi for a visit or any local information that we required.
Would recommend this value for money hotel for a convenient & comfortable stay in in Tirana.

This is a nice hotel in a central location, close to Skanderberg Square. The rooms are modern and ours had a separate seating area. There was a hot and cold buffet in the downstairs restaurant. The hotel offers "free on-site parking" and has a small, gated drive next to it where you can park.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 nights in March and April. I picked it because it was the starting hotel for a tour of Albania that I took. I arrived 3 days early staying one night. Then I left my luggage in the hotel luggage room and went on a two day tour of N. Macedonia and Kosovo. I returned for two nights and then at the end of my Albania tour I stayed a final 2 nights. I am giving the hotel a 4 star rating. This reflects that this is a tourist class hotel not a luxury hotel. The price for the stay was very reasonable and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were plentiful, the room was kept very clean. The location is very good near tourist attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend it as a great value for a trip to Tirana.

It’s conveniently located close to Alexander square and near the new bazaar. Some of us were located in the conference centre of the hotel but I was in the old part. My room faced the front and there was quite a lot of traffic noise. The matras was very hard but that is common in this country. Bathroom was okay but when showering water spilled over the floor. Breakfast was a disappointing affair. Poor coffee and limited items. The breakfast room was also not inspiring. WiFi was good.

The hotel reception staff are excellent and very friendly. They really Went above and beyond. The hotel is well situated near the main square and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and coffee good. Can’t think of anything else to say now.
