We booked a double and a twinroom. When we arrived, we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a suite. The twinroom was of a good size and obviosly the suite was very spasious with a huge bed. Both rooms were nicely decorated, had aircon and lovely showers. Toiletries were provided. I am sure we would be equally happy with a doubleroom, but the upgrade added to our experience.
The breakfast was included in the price. Simple, but fair collection. There were a bit for everyone.
The staff were really helpful and spoke very good English. The hotel is located near many interesting sights, down a sidealley.
Would stay there again.

This is a real gem. Despite us arriving after midnight the staff were helpful, efficient and genuinely friendly. Huge comfortable bed in a well air-conditioned room with a small (isn) but beautifully fitted double shower & toilet. The description 'boutique' is definitely appropriate.
Breakfast was a buffet on the sixth floor terrace with an excellent choice of cereals, fruit, fresh yoghurt, cake, croissants, cheeses and meat plus coffee, tea and fruit juices. The terrace is also a lovely place for an evening drink.
If you are arriving by taxi get it to drop you outside Bar Hannover (the orange canopies are easy to spot) on Rruga George W Bush. The entrance to Vila Alba is then just a few paces up the narrow Rruga Xhorxhi Martini. Although the hotel is conveniently located for the centre of Tirana we heard no real traffic noise. Would definitely use again.

Good location and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean, although the bathroom is a bit. small. Breakfast, served at rooftop, is very taste. just outside of the hotel you can find all shopping you need, bars and restaurant. Next time in Tirana it will be my hotel.

It is A GREAT HOTEL. in most hotels you wake early morning because light, noise. uncomfortable bad or pillow wake you up. In vila Alba they thought about everything. you can darken the room. it is quite though it is in the central of tirana. and bad and pillow are good. you wake up for a great breakfast on the balcony-roof and finish it with a great espresso and house cake. (the best I had in Albania.) pass the friendly and most helpful people in the reception desk and you find yourself in the middle of Tirana.

Stayed there for 4 days, as our flight was canceled. Will come again to this hotel to enjoy again their warm hospitality .

Great find in the centre of the city.

Fabulous service from Elona, Varvara and Sara.

Tasty breakfast. Good sized rooms. Decent shower.

Main factor is the service. Cannot wait to go back.

Definitely recommended

Centrally located, although hard to find, this boutique hotel, of about 25 rooms, is exceptionally comfortable. Despite its low price (53 Euros), rooms are reasonably spacious, with a big double bed, desk and 2 chairs. The bathroom, marble-tiled, is ultra clean, although I would criticise the shower: it has no closing door and, as a consequence, the room gets flooded. The whole hotel has recently been tastefully renovated. Rooms have high ceilings, AC, flat screen TV and minibar. The wifi in the room was good. I found staff were very keen to help: I drove my rental car up to the front door (although I had to ask about 6 people for directions: satnav gave up trying!) and the concierge drove it into the hotel's free carpark for me. Breakfast, of cold cuts, etc., is served in a light and airy top floor, with an open balcony with a great view over the new mosque. I only stayed one night but would definitely revisit.

This is a good hotel in a central location. However during our stay it was also a construction site. The hotel is currently undergoing major expansion. We and all the other guests were woken at 1.45 this morning by construction hammers and power drills which continued for 30 minutes. When we complained the management tried to excuse it by saying it was not possible to get a crane to the site during the day. This is inexcusable. The hotel should have been closed to guests during this major work. We shall be seeking a refund.
The hotel itself was modern, well decorated, had an excellent shower room and a comfortable bed. All plus points but massively let down by getting interrupted sleep, hence my low score of two, otherwise it would be a four. My guess is that the work will take a couple of months at least to finish.

We ended up staying six days here, two nights on a tour and four nights because my husband was taken ill and we had to return to Tirana. The staff could not have been more helpful and sorted us rooms at short notice and were generally very considerate.
It is a lovely hotel and definitely boosted our spirits when things were not going well. Love the rooftop terrace for breakfast - although I do agree with the reviewer that comments on breakfast, there could have been more variety - more choice in the fruit and a pastry or two - especially for many this will be there first stop in Albania the hotel needs to show what food in Albania can be about - fresh and abundant at this time of year.
Also a great location between the older streets of the market area and the new
