A small budget hotel handily located close to city centre in a relatively small plaza. Ok for a few days but for a longer stay I would recommend going to a larger 4star. Room was small with no closet. Breakfast is the same limited continental buffet (cheese, ham, boiled eggs) every day which becomes monotonous. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful with one exception who was offhand and rude. For the purpose of my visit it served its purpose on my budget but I would not return due to the undeserved rudeness of one member of staff. You can see all you need to see in Tirana within one week.

I selected this hotel as I reached Tirana at a very late time (around 3:00 am) so I wanted a room for one night to sleep then I start discovering touristic attractions in the city center. When I reached I was unlucky as there was no electricity in the whole building so checking experience was not good.
The room size was below average, but it was ok for one night. Breakfast was ok, and the most things I like about the hotel is the friendly staff, and the central location.

I've just finished a three-night stay at the hotel and taking a last look around Tirana before heading to the airport. The hotel is exceptional in all the ways you want - location, staff, facilities and value for money. The stop for the airport bus is about a six-minute walk away, and the main square is a couple of minutes further on. The museums etc are all walkable and there are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants just outside of the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and printed out the boarding card for me, as the airport here doesn't accept digital cards. Great all round.

1. Perfect location in the very center next to a charming roundabout full of local gastronomy (transfer from the airport is very convenient and cheap).
2. Very nice and helpful hotel staff (spontaneous offer to change the booked room to a better one at no additional cost).
3. Daily thorough cleaning of the room.
4. Tasty, fresh and reasonably varied breakfasts.
5. In my opinion, a very good price-quality ratio.

I spent 2 nights in this excellent little hotel. Great location in the centre of Tirana.
My room was small, but it was very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well.
Shower in the bathroom was excellent, with complimentary soap & gel.
Plenty of clean, fresh towels.
Breakfast in the morning was very good.
ANNA was the very helpful & pleasant young woman who spoke excellent English, checked me in when I arrived, and helped at breakfast - she had an excellent manner with guests and always seemed happy & smiling. She also organised a taxi for my return to the airport.
I would happily stay here again.

This hotel has many issues, but also has a great location and a good price. Air-conditioning is a disaster, doesn't work properly, and makes huge noise. Room was freezing cold on arrival, a lot of hassle to change, etc. There was a strong smell of tobacco on arrival. Flushing didn't work, had to lift the lid to flush stuff. Breakfast is quite good. Reception girl in the morning helped me with directions and helped me print a boarding card.

Had a really lovely stay here. Location is perfect. Five minutes walk from the airport bus stop and Skanderbeg Square. Lots of pavement cafes nearby.
Safe area. Friendly staff. Shaban so helpful. Breakfast continental style but more than enough. If the coffee is too strong dilute with boiled water (kettle accesible) and then the coffee is perfect.
The windows are small, the fridge in the room can't really be used. But with shops nearby is no problem.
If you book here you really won't regret it. Amazing value for money.
I will definitely return.
Thank you Hotel Jolly for your Albanian hospitality and a lovely stay.

This is no doubt one of the best hotels located in the centre of the city. It's really cozy, friendly and very welcoming. The staff is also really nice and friendly and always there to help you with anything. I'd really recommend it for everyone!

Had a nice twin room on the top floor of the hotel. Good location near to the market and a 10 minute walk to Skanderberg square. The staff were friendly and breakfast was included. A good value hotel.

I had this place booked on Booking.com and the hotel ignored repeated queries via the website (and even an email!) on the airport shuttle it claimed in its listing. The staff don't speak English. Finally, I called booking.com to intercede and after a long wait, it informed me there was actually no shuttle. If you can't bother to answer those who would pay you, you shouldn't be in business. Can get cheaper and just as centrally located places on AirBnb.
