Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The room service is a joke. WI-FI break every few mins (with speed often < 1MBs). You definitely gonna regret a visit. The privat bathroom I booked was accessible by everyone. The house is next to RedCross center so it is a bit dangerous. The worst place I stayed in.

The service is terrible. I've been travelling and sleeping in hostels for years, something like this has never happened to me, they have information "working time 0-24h" but they only open the door to us at 2 pm. In all the hostels where I've ever been I didn't have to wait for check in to leave the bags, here they wanted to force me to wait for 2 pm to simply leave some bags since I arrived in the city it was 06 am, at 07 am I tried to contact and only after half an hour they tell me that they will not help me with anything because the check in only starts at 2 pm. It is unacceptable to leave guests at the door in the cold without even letting them put the heavy bags inside where we would check later. I've never been so badly received anywhere. In the e-mail with the booking confirmation they inform that check in and check out takes place from midnight. Ma information and poor service. I got in minutes a place that has the correct check in information at 2 pm but super kind let us warm up at the entrance and leave the bags before check in.

Dear, Guests, We sent you message before your arrival that we don't have 24 hour access and reception desk. This information we provide in all online travel agencies and even here at TripAdvisor. We are budget small place and try to be flexible, but when somebody arrive at 7 AM at the morning and didn't inform us in advance we can not provide store luggage and access. Official check in time start at 2 PM and often we provide earlier option, but when guests are communicative and easy going everything is different too. You were rude and when reserve some place it's good to read the policies before. Our working time is full day, but check in time have special hours. Regards, Peter Pan House, Owner

The location of the guesthouse was very good, very close to sights, restaurants, bars...the room was very spacious but we had some issues with plugging in the Tv and kettle at the same time. Fortunately an extension lead was available but I couldn't charge my phone and having the lamp on at the same time as there was only one plug. I think one or two more extension leads in the room would be good, the light was also quite dark when you turned the lights on. Because the doors have glas in it we often got a disturbed sleep as the light from the outside was shining in, a new door without glas in it would be great. We always for quick replies if we did have any issues which was very good It was good value for money but a few minor changes would make it even better

The wife booked the hotel as I was driving back from turkey to the uk and we needed a stop over on route to be honest t was not what it said and as seems to be as we was driving we needed some where with parking as we have children this hotel advertised it had free parking which is not the case you have to park on the streets outside but is only free from 7.30pm to 8.30 in the morning you can pay but need a Bulgarian phone which obviously I don’t have plus it says you have a courtyard to relax which is actually the Chinese restaurant that backs onto it so not private but the room clean basic and the man turned up after I sat in the car after doing a ten hour drive with a distraught wife and two children just to get hit to pay the one poxy levy so my car did not get towed away all in all needs to explained more truthful about hotel as if we new e would of stayed somewhere else in truth not really family but more for back packers and site seeer being a family and needing more clarity in our stays we won’t be staying again

Dear, guests, Thank you for your stay with us. Really sorry for this misunderstanding but nowhere in our description and advertising is written that we offer Free Parking. Our property provide two options - paid private parking or public parking around the house which is free only during the night. Regarding our courtyard, we have shared space with nearby restaurant, but one part is separate for our guests. Kind Regards,

First it looked having some trouble as room in PeterPan hotel couödnot be used due to heavy water supply problems - but immediately amazing and surprising studio apartment was offered by owner: - meeting time for handing over keys and checking apartment shortly agreed by phone and everybody arrived "just in time" - everything extremly clean - nice overall athmosphere of apartment - very tasteful and elegant decor, furniture and equipment - little balkony available - sufficient crockery and cutlery - in short walking distance parks for dog walk, backery, coffee house, restaurants - very high appreciated help from landlord getting making car parking possible in "Green Zone" - dogs were very much welcome without any additional charging.... Rarely found such a service and friendly owner - just perfect for our stay: we will come back only few points as subjects for optimization: - electric hobs become not really hot for cooking - warm water pressure in kitchen very poor - bath drain not proper working (after short showering) Rarely found such a service and friendly owner - just perfect for our stay: we will come back

I stayed at Peter Pan House for a night in April. The apartment was comfortable, with all amenities, the shared bathroom clean and the price very reasonable. For me it was perfect for a short stay; it would also be great for a longer stay and/or for a couple. George was a very kind and helpful host, and held my luggage for me while I went out of Sofia for a day or two. Although the reception is not open 24/7, he was always very responsive and available to help. Thanks for your kindness, George! I would definitely stay here again.
