A nice location, not far from the center and the walking street with all the restaurant and bars. The service is very good, the personal will take can of everything. A small exception, if you want to iron your shirt. You have to give it to the house keeping and you pay around 6 or 7 euros. They don't give...

We spent 4 nights in the hotel for a city break. It is 20-30 minutes by car from the airport and a pre booked executive transfer costs around £22. The hotel is located between 2 metro stops and you can get to/from the airport for 1.60 lev per person each way (@ 60p) We had pre booked our pick up...

Fabulous large room, excellent to have a nice bath too. There were 2 occasional tables and 5 chairs, very spacious indeed but wardrobe same size as any other hotel. My one grievance was the lack of an iron, yes they have an expensive ironing service but I like to iron my own clothes so I couldn't wear a couple of...

Great interior, amazing rooms, nice bar & restaurant. The stuff was very helpful! The hotel has a very good layout. Love the sculptures around. They also provide shuttle to the airport. Would stay there again next time when we are in Sofia!

Two night break in Sofia was enough! The hotel was fairly good but not a five star, check in was quick but no help with luggage up the steps or too the room. Room was very dark with curtains falling down, not a good first impression. Big beds with a selection of pillows. Bathroom needed some work, it looked old...

Maybe not a 5star hotel but definitely a great choice in central Sofia. Walking distance from Serdika metro station and Vitosha boulevard. Clean & large rooms, small indoor swimming pool, big variety at the breakfast buffet. The staff at the spa was quite unfriendly/unwilling to answer some questions we had. Helpful front desk, nice music playing throughout the day.
