Stayed here for a few days during a city break. My twin room was spotlessly clean, had a very large and varied selection of tea and coffee (although the coffee was awful) and had a decent TV with very effective air-conditioning. The decor was quite late 90s, but it felt like quite good quality so I was very pleased. Very well connected area for the price, and the breakfast was superb. I would like to add however that, towards the end of service many items were very cold. Proper ground coffee machines were provided here, and there were a couple of different beans available, which was a nice touch. More hashbrowns next time, please!

The hotel is old and tired. The rooms need refurbishing. Pluses included- the food, which was good, the hotel was peaceful at night, the bed was comfortable. The minuses were that the hotel doesn’t provide water, the pool is charged at €7 per person, the breakfast was chaotic because nobody is seated. So 1 person sits on a table for 6 and then there were no tables available for our family of 5. I just found it all a bit stressful!

The breakfast was included and was good enough and well stocked. The attached health club has a separate charge of 7 Euros per day- which can add up. There is not a lot within walking distance of the hotel..aside from Hard Rock Cafe and a few other replaces. So plan on using Uber to go most places. Rooms and service were good. Gift shop seems to have sporadic hours and not the ones listed.

A hotel in the suburbs. It's a hotel in the middle of nowhere, but the facilities are old. The room is small and the suitcase storage area is small. The shower in the bathroom was firmly attached to a guide rod and didn't move. Maybe I'm not good at making my bed, but the blanket is loose and shifts when I sleep. I think breakfast has a lot of variety and is average. There are many items, and there are plenty of fruits. Coffee isn't bad either. In all hotels in Romania, the toilets don't flush toilet paper, and it's the same here. There are very few hotels that have washlets. Wifi connects quickly, but the signal is rather weak! ️

The experience had in this Ramada Plaza Bucharest, during those hours of participation in a meeting, was a terrible one, unrepeatable. I do not recommend this hotel at least considering this aspect.
The Restaurant area of this hotel is populated by unprofessional, extremely rude staff, with gross attitudes, being careless and unable to understand a simple, common situation(s). Moreover, the Restaurant “professionals” does not know how to interact with customers, and they proved unable to offer a simple solution to a simple situation in their area of activity. Their approach and communication with customers are not even up to that level of an ordinary neighborhood pub.
The employee at the Reception desk, to a simple question about the swimming pool schedule in this hotel just turned out to be hostile and unpleasantly surprised, inviting me to consult the Internet if I am looking for details. The obtuseness and incoherence of this employee's answers, the unprofessionalism and arrogance with which she treats customers were completely incomprehensible.
However, If you to leave and to pay for parking, get ready to have a surprise, because it seems that the news of card payment has not reached this hotel. You will be in the situation of only cash payments for the parking, and obviously any detail with reference to this aspect asked at the Reception desk will clash with the arrogance, ineptitude and rudeness of the person behind the counter.
Anyway, as a short summary, if you really want to experience unprofessional, rude behavior that has nothing to do with the hospitality industry, the Ramada Plaza Bucharest Hotel is the ideal place! Enjoy!

Ramada hotel is a complex build of 2 hotels Ramada Plaza which is the renoveated one and the Ramada Parc that is older , sharing the same facilities the same pool and spa area and in the not so long ago also the dining area .today the guests that are making the order on booking thinking they will will enjoy the pool and the spa area as part of there vecation will be surpirised to ask to add extra cost 10EURO per day per person!!!!!the dining area for the Ramada Parc has moved from the regular dinning area to side not air conditioned dinning room and no fridges for the fruit the chees is dropped on plates with no minimum health care . the stuff of the parc hotel are kind and inviting and they are trying to work the hotel that is the step son of the two hotels they are not blame to this issue. the stuff off the spa are rude not polaite and treat the geust of the parc hotel like garbage talking bad to the guest the management of the spa also are rude to the Parc geusts. rulles and restrictions that applies to the parc geust does not apply to the plaza geusts . and you are being bullied and thretened by the stuff that brings security to show you out and all off this because the the girl on the spa reception does not do her job in the first place when popple enteres and is bussy flirting with her work mates counting on you to read all small notes hanging there and later on comes and through you out with security .
i was a costumer of this hotel more than a decade and writing this words are hard but i would like other geusts to avoide meeting the horrible spa stuff and avoiding to book a hotel that its HQ mangment think you are garbage and treat you this way Avoid by all cost there are lots of other places that will value you as a geust with no discrimination. feel free to ask me for better place to stay.

Regarding your situation, we would like to mention that free access to the Vitality Club is available for business rooms or suites, and all aspects, facilities and services included are mentioned at the time of booking. At the same time, please take into consideration that our Wellness Club has certain procedures valid for all clients, one of them being the restricted access with food and products from outside the club. Unfortunately, when procedures are repeatedly not followed, we have to raise attention. Kind regards, Isabela Militaru Public Relations Specialist Ramada Parc Hotels

When we arrived late in the evening the room and the hallway smelled like an ashtray, something we decided we would deal with in the morning as we were hungry and tired after a long day.

When we got to the restaurant the staff was rude overall, and even refused to replace a baked potato with french fries. So we ordered french fries on the side and the baked potato got thrown away....

The night in the room was not great, next to the stench of cigarettes the bed was poor and bouncy, and we found the hotel extremely noisy with slamming doors.

Breakfast was our next adventure. Extremely unorganized and unmanaged. There were not enough tables, and because it was unmanaged you had 1 person sitting at tables for 4 or 6 (and with covid you dont join).

We eventually found a table outside on the terrace, unfortunately we were sitting next to a chainsmoker who refused to stop smoking for 10 minutes so our family (daughter is 8) could eat smoke free. When adressing it with the staff we were told the outside space is for smokers (welcome to Romania).

After breakfast we went to reception to check out, but the manager convinced us to stay by apologizing and "upgrading" us to a bigger room and allowing us to have breakfast in the room. The new room was indeed bigger, but the beds were still not great, the airco extremely noisy, and we got loud music from the pool. Breakfast was indeed delivered to the room for 2 days and was great, but the 3rd day no breakfast came, and after waiting 30 mins we moved back to the chaos to have breakfast.

In the meantime breakfast had been moved to another restaurant, but the chaos was the same and we ended up taking our breakfast outside the restaurant to a table in the business area.

The pool and spa facilities are nice, but they do charge an entrance fee of 7 euro per adult per day.

Overall we feel this hotel does not live up to the expectations of 4 stars, is extremely chaotic, and we shall definitely not be returning.

Rooms were old with very uncomfortable beds, the tv was old so kids couldn’t watch anything.
Was hard to contact room service and the manger there was absolutely rude and so disrespectful to us after we got double charged. I have never ever been abused and yelled at for kindly asking why we have been charged twice even though they denied it. We even showed them our bank statement so they understood even still denied it this was the worst experience I have ever had.

You’re half an hour drive from the centre and if you want to use the pool you have to pay $25 for a day pass. Staff not very friendly. Rooms desperately need updating. Breakfast was very good though. I was here for a conference, and the venue is fine for that, but I wouldn’t stay here for a holiday.

It's the second time I've left personal items in the room, and when I call, they say they didn't find anything. Such a thing is unacceptable under the conditions in which I know for sure what I left and where. A shame about the location, especially for the fitness room and spa. For these facilities I always came to this hotel, but the staff makes me choose another location.

There are buses or taxis available at the Airport. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes away so not too expensive in a cab.
