The hotel is excellently located by the University metro station so it’s just a short walk from there to the University and the Old Town. They were just coming out of covid restrictions so the breakfast offering was not to its usual standard. The website boasts about fluffy towels, they weren’t! but other than that it was pretty good.

This was a nice, comfortable stay in the City Centre close to a Metro station and Old Town. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious. Room was very quiet and bed and pillows were comfortable for a great sleep. Good Wifi. Good water pressure and hot water. Bathroom clean, though shower a bit small. Breakfast was ok. Nice little bar with tap beer. Would stay again.

This hotel was part of a British Airways package and was located near the centre of Bucharest. It was slightly off the main roads meaning it was a bit quieter. We arrived very late but the nightporter was very friendly and helpful, as were all the staff we met. The room was a little on the small side but clean enough. Breakfast had a limited selection but was ok.

Let's start with the biggest positive the customer service. One of the members of the party had a bad time sleeping and asked the reception if there was any possibility he could help with another room, he was very accommodating and gave him another room so he could get a good night's rest. This is exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond. The hotel itself is good. It is quite small and some areas are outdated but it's clean and in a very good location. The bar prices also seemed reasonable for a hotel but we did not use. For the hotel management, locks on the bathroom doors should be added as this is a problem when sharing a room. It would also be nice for a bottle of water to be included as the fee was much larger than any of the nearby shops.

Good hotel ,great location ,walking distance to old town/ attractions. Bus stop 783 runs to/from airport 24/7 just around the corner and I think it's the cheapest option. Reception staff very helpful and proffesional .I would stay again.

The hotel room was great-had a comfy bed, mini fridge, large enough bathroom and seating areas in the room. The front desk reception were always incredibly helpful and accommodating and made sure all of our questions were answered. We will definitely come back!

My two previous stays in Bucharest were at a friendly, but, due to a disco next door, noisy hotel in the Old Town. So I needed a change. Daniela at the Front Desk over the phone convinced me of my next choice. K+ K Elisabeta upgraded us on registration and my wife and I enjoyed a very quiet stay, only a short walk (15 mınutes) to the Old Town. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast, although underground (on Floor -1) offered various options, ranging from pork sausage to Romanian pickled veg'. Cristian and Adela at breakfast could not have been more friendly and helpful at 07.00, showing real interest in our short stay in Bucharest. The bar sold excellent Romanian wines and the guy running this was also friendly and helpful with tips about which white wines to try. I would certainly return to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it to others.
