I stay at this hotel every time I work in Bucharest, I choose it because of its location but also as it has the fitness centre which is fantastic.
The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, they have everything you could need, including a mini bar and ironing board.
The breakfast buffet is great, it has many options and I can always find something I would like to eat. However the restaurant has limited options for dietary requirements in general - I'm a vegetarian and although I can choose between 2/3 options there isn't a great amount and the choices can be simple.

Confortable, Covid-19 safe stay. The rooms are clean, well echiped, the breakfast is good, served with Covid-19 safety measures. Free parking is available and the prices are very good for this pandemia time. Hopefully will stay the same.

We did not stay at the hotel by choice but due to an unexpected interruption in travel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Arriving at 10pm we learned that the food choices were limited to none and that, we should try room service. We called and nobody answered. The breakfast was nice and generous, but it did not help to see some the serving staff filling up their own plates before taking care of the customers. We noticed the pool, it seemed nice, however it also seemed to be very busy with day users rather than hotel customers.

The only point i’ve given is for the great location. The building is nice, the room was quiet and clean. The points missing are for the fact that breakfast on weekends ends at 10.30 and the staff is impossibly rude. Although the breakfast was paid, receiving a coffee at 10.40 was very hard, even through we were willing to pay extra. We also asked for a glass of water and the staff started yelling and said that they were already doing us a favor for letting us in, cause the breakfast was over. Then they started yelling at each other and it felt like a bad tv show. Terrible experience!

I am not recommending this hotel - only few people know how to serve the customers with care and respect, majority of service team ignores you. Breakfast limited. Cleanliness questionable, for years no changes in the rooms, Unfortunately crouches on the table during breakfast are not a joke but reality that shocked me. The spa could be an apportunity to relax but this is not clean, overpopulated with people outside of hotel coming for swim lessons, and daily training practice. Some rooms are comfortable - only on the executive floor, rest is very small and narrow

After good communication with the management and willingness to help from their side we were able to have an amazing stay here. We thanks again to the madam manager. Only from this aspect this Hotel will be one we will return when we will have the chance. The room was clean, you have access to good quality facilities and services. The pool and spa area was an added bonus and we recommend you to use it if you chose to stay. It is a great experience. The breakfast service was great, delicious food and a good variety, being able to chose from both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Also, we saw that the food area was refilled with fresh food quite often so guests always had options available. Overall in our experience, it is truly worth your money. But I am going to say it again. Due to good management we were able to resolve our issues. Thank you for that madam and the rest of the staff.

Very nice rooms, decent prices, restaurant on sight with amazing breakfasts included. Rooms are quiet, location is pretty secluded so no matter which side you get it nice. Higher floors give you a little better view. TV are small and the channels are very limited compared to most hotels. They have a pool and jacuzzi but you share with the fitness club on sight so it can and usually is very busy. Take advantage of the massages on sight and enjoy the great food at the bar and restaurant.

i was happily surprised not only because of the great value for money (parking for free, Gym, pool (swimming only), comfortable room, very good breakfast and nice meals options in the restaurant. All safety measures were followed by employees, which gave us a sense of real security during the Coronavirus pandemic. Very important that nobody could be served alone (by himself I mean) in the breakfast buffet. There was some staff to serve and fulfil your plate with your options as much as you want, as many times you want. Tables were also in the right distances. Definitely will be back in the future.

One of the most terrible experiences ever. I will start with the vegetarian menu that does not exist - only a handful of vegetarian options reason for which you are always obliged to eat out or order delivery.
The pools, outdoor or indoor are not clean - I am here since a while and only this week I have seen that the indoor one was cleaned and refilled. The outside one not yet and 2 months have past. Also you have small metal things at the bottom where children cut their fingers - and after many reports still not fixed.
The reception people are more polite than the rest of the hotel’s staff. The kitchen has a profound communist times shadow that follows the behaviour of people who work there.
Mr. Dan from bar vanilla, always rude. Never mind to have someone go the extra mile because you need something.
You actually don’t feel like a guest more like as if you are disturbing them, never ever have I seen such lack of customer service.
Do avoid at all costs as you have better deals if you need to stay in Bucharest.
Just horrible.

The rooms were spacious with nice decor and beds. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a lot of variety of options. The staff were polite. Indoor pool was nice and outdoor as well with nice massage spot. If you forgot your shorts home, there is a spot where you can buy them to use the SPA. Nothing was too much trouble.

best option is to rent a car. public transportation might be cheap (mass transportation) but is full of threats and slow. Beware of taxis, especially non-marked ones.
I believe that the gym, and the pool opened at 6am. I was in the gym at a little after 6am, but do not remember if the pool was open. Would think it would be... It is a VERY popular part of the hotel. It is great for laps early in the day, but later in the day there are far more families in...

I would recommend you to order a taxi through a machine with touch screen you will find it on both right and left side once you exit the arrival hall it work with several taxi companies and you can select the fare that fits ( cheapest is 1.36 lei/km ) it is cheaper that any other mean of transportation and usually it doesn't take more than 4 to 5 mins .
Ps,from airport till ramada it cost around 20 lei .
There are more places to choose from in the Bucharest area.
