I recently stayed at this property for 3 nights in December. It sits off of a fairly busy street in the middle of the city (old town?)
The hotel doesn't look particularly extravagant of exciting from the outside but is exceptionally well maintained and clean inside.
The desk staff are absolutely fantastic to work with - they were able to very happily and easily answer any questions or meet any reasonable requests I had to make. I booked a Junior Suite which had a small balcony overlooking a quiet pedestrian street. Unfortunately it rained most of the time I was there so I was not able to use the balcony, but it did provide for a comfortable/relaxing view.
The bathroom/shower setup was nicely sized (shower stall was a good size), with a toilet adjacent. There is a piece of frosted glass that allows light into the shower from the main room itself, but a solid door separates the bathroom from the rest of the room (which I consider to be important).
The bed was comfortable but nothing particularly remarkable. In my room there was also a pull-out sofa (Junior Suite) which was functional but not necessarily the most comfortable thing (good for children!)
The room actually had AMPLE amounts of wardrobe space - so if you are the kind to unpack and spread out this would definitely be a plus.
The hallways (stairs/elevators) are all decorated with beautiful artwork which makes the interior of the hotel come across as a "gallery", which is a unique and nice touch.
My rate included breakfast which was done in a nice, professional way, but was not particularly exciting in itself. It's a small hotel, so there is a fairly limited variety of items to choose from for the breakfast (juices, a few pastries, and then made to order eggs).
The staff were absolutely remarkable, helpful, and never missed a beat. I spend a reasonable amount of time staying in hotels every year, and can safely say this is some of the best and most accommodating service I have ever received.
Should I find myself in Belgrade again, I would absolutely stay at this property.

I took a Junior Suite and I personally expected a bit more from the furniture of the room! There were a couple of stains onto the moquette. I would even improve the bathroom (hairdryer gets too hot in your hands). The general appearance of the building is 10 of 10, really stunning. You get a really generous and tasty breakfast! It was excellent. The staff is amazing, truly helpful and nice. They even left a cake inside the room for my birthday! And a bottle of wine for New Year! Those little details really made the difference, and I did appreciated them a lot! Thanks again and surely see you again!

The Townhouse27 Hotel is an excellent, small hotel in the heart of town. The staff is very friendly, the service (including the transport from and to Nikola Tesla airport) is excellent, the rooms are spacious, with a smart layout and high ceilings (we were in two Family suites during our two separate stays). The rooms are furnished in a modern and contemporary but tasteful way and the - again spacious - bathrooms do not smell of humidity (as opposed to so many other hotels and Airbnb apartments in Belgrade and in the balkans). The breakfast buffet offers a selection of international (croissants, toast etc.), and local dishes (pita, drinking yoghurt), fruit and cereals, while fried eggs, scrambled eggs and various other dishes can be ordered à la carte. The hotel is only 2-3 walking minutes away from the Knez Mihailova street pedestrian zone, with the Kalemegdan Fortress and its park and the zoo. Various shops, cafes, the traditional Prolece Restaurant and a park with a playground for small kids are right across the street (if you use the side exit through the cafe). The Hotel is ideal if you want to go about your daily business in Belgrade on foot and yet get a good nights sleep as the rooms are quiet. And if you need to go further, you can catch a cab anytime around the corner or have the staff get you a cab or use public transport instead. This is our hotel of choice for our next stay in Belgrade.

Stayed for a week with family. Staff could not be more helpful, they organised taxis, COVID tests and advised on activities. We had 6AM return flight so missed breakfast and they packed a surprise breakfast for us. Breakfast is buffet style with good selection of food - sausages, eggs, vegetables, pastries, breads, cheese, meats. Also would cook to order - we had pancakes, omelettes, fried eggs on different days. Accomodation was good - we had a family room (two rooms + bathroom) with two balconies. Facilities included mini bar and coffee machine. All in a typical four star hotel but friendly as only 21 rooms. Only downsides » aircon in one room not working, fixed within 24 hours, street outside main entrance could be better, but can use the restaurant entrance. Staff are a real credit to the hotel and made our stay.

The check in was easy because the front desk clerk was delightful, pleasant, efficient, helpful, informative, and attentive. We loved our room as it had a unique configuration (i.e., akin to a loft) yet spacious, functional, comfortable. The hotel is located in the heart of the city in close proximity to many bars/restaurants, shops, historic locations, etc. Breakfast offered a large variety of good food in a cosy setting with attentive staff. Parking is available at a reasonable price although it was not included in the rate. The elevator has a pleasant ambiance with a small table and flowers in it yet it stops between floors requiring walking up/ down about 10 steps. We plan to come back and highly recommend the hotel.

The room was very spacious, including a large bathroom; the location was close to the main pedestrian area of Belgrade and to the fortress, everything was spotless and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel location was perfect, near to the shopping street yet it was not noisy. The staff was helpful and friendly, from the reception to the housekeeper and cafe staff, they were all nice people. The receptionist told us about the back entrance which led to the shopping street, Belgrade fortress and Kalemegdan Park in just minutes. We walked everywhere, even to the Church of St Sava. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.
Shower was excellent, water pressure was very good, heater was consistent. There was a handheld shower (quite rare) and a fixed shower.
Breakfast was super duper delicious!!The variety was pretty amazing. We looked forward to breakfast everyday. Eggs can be ordered to be cooked as you like. If I may suggest for improvement, the cafe to provide a small oven to heat up croissant and other breads which can't fit the pop-up toaster.

On my first trip to Serbia, Hotel Townhouse 27 was highly recommended by a fellow traveler. What a great recommendation. The hotel is in the center of everything. Since it was my first trip to this country, I was a little high maintenance. The front desk helped with numerous reservations and directions. I cannot say enough about the two women who manned the front desk while I was there. The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The manager was incredible. Everyday, she visited guests in the breakfast area to be sure everything about their stay was top notch. I cannot recommend tis hotel enough.
