Let me just "jump inn" to this review and say this hotel delivers what it promises, which is clean, safe accommodations a few minutes across a park from the bus station, making it very convenient for those arriving/departing via that mode (like me). The rooms are basic and tight but make good use of the space, and front desk is very helpful. For instance, when I found the room a bit stuffy, I asked for a fan and a pedestal one was loaned to me.
Breakfast was filled with variety and items were replenished regularly. Seating was a bit tight the first morning, due to a group I guess, but second morning I had the dining room all to myself, surprisingly. It is an easy 15 to 20 minute walk to most of the main tourist sights, though I suppose public transportation is also an option.
I especially want to commend Bratislav for being extra helpful and going the extra mile (or kilometer, since this is Europe!) to make my stay a special one. He is a credit to the Jump INN staff there.
I would stay here again and recommend this to others.

This is probably overall the best hotel around. While it is an uphill hike (maybe 10-15min) into the old heart of Belgrade, it also is perfectly located to get to/from the airport, easy for taxi drop-off/car parking and right across from the main bus station if you're looking to travel around Serbia.
The staff is extremely friendly, and the breakfast is great. The room was too hot in the summer as it was unseasonably hot and the air con was set at a certain minimum, but the staff helpfully changed that upon request. I had a single - the room was cozy and not too small, and the bathroom was good. All was perfect for the price paid.
Highly recommend.

We booked 2 rooms here: - A standard double room - A junior family room
The hotel did everything to make our trip comfortable from the day we arrived to the day we left.
The junior family room is just the room you would want to have, especially if you are traveling with kids and want that extra bit of space. The bed is cozy and the rooms are well kept. The hotel even made arrangements for our 2 year old by placing a crib and provisioning bibs, towels and blankets for our child.
The buffet breakfast has a decent spread, but for the 5 days we were there, the breakfast was pretty much the same. While the quality was good, it lacked variation. By the end of the trip on the last day we were extremely bored of it.
There laundry service is good; it’s quick and easy on the pocket.
The staff does a very good job in helping you out with recommendations on places to visit, restaurants to go to (they even help you out with reservations)
Overall, I was pretty happy with the hotel, when I booked it, I wasn’t sure of what to expect and was only hoping for it to go well. Now that I have compete my stay, I can safely say it was a good choice.
Kudos! Team Jump Inn.
Thank you for looking after us.

It's not a 4* hotel, by any means. Room single as tiny as a coupe, windows to a well yard, daylight you won't see, plus some constant hum from this yard. Artificial lighting is also very economical, dark in the room. Whether they are schoolchildren or students, they run around like elephants on the floors every night and scream in wild voices. Nobody's interested in this, the administrator has an "acetaca" face. Breakfast - eggs, cheese, sausages, I think, but they bring so little that you have to catch this food all the time. The coffee's good. The room is clean, the bathroom is big, almost like the room itself. The location is normal, walking to the central square 15 minutes. Next time I go, I'll choose another hotel. For 80 euros sleeping in earplugs, and the floor shaking from running.. no, thanks.

A hotel that does not deserve the money it charges. Especially never buy a family room. When 3 people stand up in the room, you cannot pass each other. There is a window, but it looks out into a dark corridor. Especially the bathroom is a complete disgrace. You have to sit on the toilet to look in the mirror. There is only one locker for 3 people and it is not possible to put the suitcases. Imagine having your suitcases on the floor in such a narrow room. There is a tiny table. You can't even put a computer in it. Understandably, if you are not two people, never come. The phone in the room doesn't work. You cannot call either the reception or room service. To ask for something you have to go down to the reception with a towel.

Very comfortable stay here. We booked a"Deluxe room, king bed, soundproofed room, balcony with city views". Unfortunately there was no balcony!! We did mention this to reception but nothing was done about it. The room was lovely with plenty of space. Shower room was also clean and spacious. We were able to walk around the city from the hotel and it was near the bus station. Reception staff were very helpful when our flight was cancelled at the last minute and we had to get a bus to our next destination.

Perfect location, walking distance to old town and waterfront. Very friendly and helpful staf. Got in the hotel after midnight but the lovely warm welcome took away all my tiredness.. (I forgot his name). The staff also help me to order taxi and inform me to get to location I want to go with no bother. Delicious breakfast. Breakfast serves traditional dishes which is similar to Turkish food. (I love the burek) Room is spacious and the bed is so comfortable. Shower is great, a lovely hot shower is just a perfect to have after your long journey 😊. Really recommended if you plan to visit in belgrade. Thank you Jump in for the pleasant stay!

The ambience was perfect. The hotel is centrally located in the old part of town. Most every important sightseeing landmark is on walking distance. Everything was perfectly coordinated and the stuff is amazing. They helped us organize transfer for our guest. Waiters and waitresses were always there to help us and make our stay memorable. We were part of the bigger group, gathered on the 3-day business meeting, so Mica Kolev, part of the hotel stuff took really good care of us. I would recommend this hotel, both for the leisure travel as well as for business trips.

Jump Inn's management and staff went above and beyond to help me achieve what I had envisioned for my event. Their top level of professionalism and approach to customers reminded me a lot of Japan where I had the pleasure of living for 5 years and experiencing these first-hand. From the very beginning, they were incredibly attentive to all the little things and details that I would need for my event and gave suggestions how these could best be carried out.
I have truly felt like a valued customer at Jump Inn and would wholeheartedly recommend it to all of you who are looking for a perfect venue for various business gatherings and events. Organising these will be a much easier endeavour with their professional team by your side.

Dear Guest, I am glad to offer our shuttle service for one person with a surcharge of 15 eur one way or for two 19 eur one way.
Also, I am glad to recommend A1 minibus, that departures from the airport every 20 minutes and for this option the exit station should be central tram station, from there to the hotel you will need 5 minutes by walk. The ticket is 300 dinars per person. Using the 72 bus line you should exit at Zeleni venac, also nearby the hotel approx. 5 minutes downhill. The ticket is 89 dinars per person.
For any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us,
