The hotel is clean, nice and modern and its facilities are perfectly fine, although the pool, spa and sauna etc are located in the shopping mall next door and that should be clear. I do regret however being charged UAH 150, or about $6, for one little piece of extra bacon with my breakfast. This is equivalent to the cost of almost another breakfast! This wasn’t properly explained and feels like cheating. Quite unfair and leaves an unfortunate feeling after an otherwise fine stay.

Hotel is beautiful, loved the room, staff are friendly and welcoming! Was treated by the Hotel with a bottle of Lambrusco for my Birthday! Regretted not having breakfast in the hotel in the morning because it looked great.

Staff was excellent, rooms were 4-star plus. The hotel is easily accessible, but a little off the beaten path. Location is great for restaurants, shopping and convenience. I will definitely stay here again

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights whilst I was installing a clock close by. It was a wonderful stay with everyone very polite and helpful. The food at the Trattoria was exceptional. All in all it was brilliant. Would love to visit the hotel again sometime.

We stayed two nights at this hotel in a standard double room. We have no complaints about the room, bed and linens, service or general facilities. Everything was very clean and the wi-fi worked very well. Our suggestions for improvement would be to include more seating in the reception/lobby area. It is currently not cozy and rather empty feeling. Secondly, and more importantly, a small notice in the bathroom informing guests that the water supply is artesian and that it is advisable to run the water in the shower for a few minutes before use. This would help avoid my husband's bad experience of being drenched with dark, unpleasant-smelling water. Breakfast is a choice of four set menus. Portion size is generous and presentation is very nice. We loved the fact that the use of the nearby sports club facilities is included in the cost of the room. The pool and steam bath are super. We also used the spa/salon attached to the hotel. Very pleasant personnel; reasonable prices.…

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights in January 2015. We stayed in a suite and the amount of space was fantastic - like a luxury open-plan apartment. The Trattoria Italian restaurant offers an excellent choice of food & drink in modern, comfortable & relaxing surroundings. The hotel staff are a credit - they all deserve a special mention. The outlet village is nice but quite expensive. The spa & beauty facilities are a few minutes walk from the hotel and are actually part of a complex that is open to the public so is not as private as I had been led to believe. One other downside is that the hotel is 30 minute taxi ride from the centre of Kiev but we had visited the tourist sites on previous visits so this was not a problem. We will definitely consider returning to The Manufactura Hotel soon.…

A new and quiet hotel wiith friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable, next door to a beautiful outlet centre and lots of nice restaurants in the naberhood. There is a nice swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and a big fitness centre free of charge. I really had a good time there and go back there next time. :-()))))

It is not the first time I am in Kiev, but the first time in the place like this. It is really great place with a very good service. The hotel as well as the whole complex is the new. Despite of a bit far from city center, there is no problem to catch a bus or taxi. Staff helps a lot to find "what to do" and "what to see". 100PCT recommened to stay.

Fantastic Hotel with excellent service and pleasant staff, A lovely desk for check in, room was clean with comfortable bed, tea/coffee making station in the room, Hotel part of huge complex we enjoyed making shopping while walking in a beautiful area which includes lots of brand shops. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food served in Trattoria Italian restaurant, overall it is amazing place to escape from busy Kiev and to relax enjoying the beautiful atmosphere for shopping. I recommend to all, don’t miss it come and visit!
