Great service of all the staff, from the begining to the end. When I arrive to the airport I call the Hotel, and they send me a taxi, when arrive the bellman knows my name, for the check they have everything ready. The room service has many options and the food was delicious.

Hi, Thank you for writing! Transfer from airport to hotel is an additional service. It´s $20.00 dollars for two persons. You have to give your flight information to send the driver.

"Good rooms are hopefully at some other hotel"
"Breakfast was included, however, make sure you get there before 9:00am"
"Toward the back, away from street."
"Bring your own shampoo... otherwise, this place is outstanding!"
"this hotel is off the beaten path, not quite to the city center. my cab driver from the hotel had no problem taking me there. i didn't bother with the tourist markets or malls so i can't comment about the proximity. but everything in managua is taxis or walking anyway. i walked to a nearby local restaurant and had cold beer and good food. what else do you need?"
