I came to this place in business. Stayed at Los Pinos for 5 weeks. After a week I felt so comfortable in here, that I met all the staff already. After really busy days, this is the place to relax. Its a family owned business, and this gives the hotel a special touch. By the end of the day, they...

When traveling to Nicaragua, we used to stay at a now closed hotel. We were searching for an alternative when we found Los Pinos, much to our delight. This is a fantastic, beautiful, family owned hotel with an amazing owner. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, and the property is stunning. We can't wait to visit again!

i have stayed here several times. every time is a pleasure! the staff is wonderful and the included breakfast (do yourself a favor and get the pancakes with fruit) is always good. I trust this place explicitly.. and that's saying a lot considering we're talking about Managua.

My husband and I run a small non-profit organization, and we so appreciate the treatment that our groups that stay there receive, and the willingness of the owners to go above and beyond for their guests. If you are looking for a nice quality, a/c, hot shower, small pool, and locally run hotel with great customer service, this is it.

This is a great individually owned hotel with wonderful staff! We went with a delegation and they were amazingly kind and helpful. We also met various Peace Corps passing though too! If you go to Nica, why stay at a chain? Check out a great Nica hotel with AC, warm showers, and WiFi!

I have stayed here multiple times and always find the staff and owners going above and beyond to take care of the customer. Quiet location, close to nicer parts of town, and well maintained buildings... and they are growing! Do stay here and tell all your friends.

Los Pinos has become my second home in Nicaragua. The hotel can arrange secure and reliable transportation from and to the airport. The administrators are most wonderful and gifted and the personnel is the best as well; they go over the board to serve the guests in a very professional and friendly way; and their crosscultural understandings and language abilities...
