The location of this historic B and B is unbelievable, literally steps away from the Naval Academy and heart of downtown Annapolis and its wonderful shopping. The rooms where quiet, gorgeous and had everything a visitor could ever want including delicious breakfasts. The Flaghouse Inn was meticulous in every detail. A hotel could not meet this standard or its convenience....

We stayed 2 nights at the Flag House. This is a great place to stay while exploring Annapolis. The room was clean and comfortable as were the public rooms. The on site parking is a plus. Charlotte and Bill are wonderful hosts. The breakfasts do not disappoint. They have good suggestions for dining in town. They are located right across...

My husband and I stayed at the Flag House Inn for one evening as we prepared to move to another country. The hosts were incredibly flexible and provided us with more than was expected! It felt almost like we were staying with family or very good friends. We really enjoyed our short stay and hope to return in the future.

We wish you all the best as you live abroad for several years. It was a wonderful way for us to have started our lives together all those many years ago and we wish you the same.

The owners were very understanding when our flight plans changed and we arrived well after check-in hours. They waited for us and were very pleasant and helpful when we finally made it. Similarly, when we had early morning plans the owners assisted us with a delicious early breakfast. The accommodations are very comfortable and extremely clean. The on-site parking is...

It was a hectic arrival for your family but we are pleased that we could help you settle in, get you to your meetings at USNA on time and then to enjoy some pleasant time in Annapolis.

We enjoyed our two nights at Flag House. There is not a better location in town. Across the street from the USNA, a two-minute walk to downtown, Old State House and Town Dock. Charlotte puts out a tasty (and not too heavy) breakfast and gave us some killer restaurant recommendations. None disappointed. And Bill teed up our next day visit...

For visiting Annapolis this is the perfect place to stay. Convenient to Naval Academy (across street) and walkable to historic area. Parking behind the Inn is a true benefit. We parked our car and didn't use until heading home. Beyond the convenience, the owner is helpful with planning your days. She is very thoughtful and sweet. Stay and enjoy a...

We stayed in the 2nd floor two-bedroom suite and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hosts, Bill and Charlotte, were friendly and hospitable, intent on making sure we felt at home. The room was comfortable, and the breakfasts each of our three days were exceptional. We look forward to staying there again.

We were lucky to get a cancellation at the Inn which worked out perfectly for our stay to visit the boat show. Charlotte and Bill are so welcoming and the accommodation is very comfortable. Breakfasts just excellent and some lovely touches like access to the side kitchen for tea and coffee throughout the day. Great to meet some other guests...

We enjoyed meeting both of you and flying the Canadian flag. Next year we will fly the Union Jack in your honor. Having time to spend looking at all things related to sailboats I know was helpful and just a two minute walk from our front door made it easy, too. We would love to have you back with us...
