We've just spent 2 nights at this inn and it's a difficult one to review. I've given it 4 stars because it was better than average but I would say it was good rather than very good. Leading up to the stay we had lovely emails from the owners and they catered for 2 nights rather than 3 which is... More

The Cobblestone Inn is perfectly situated within walking distance to town. It was clean, and cozy. There is a small common area kitchen to get soft drinks and coffee. We did not eat the muffins offered for breakfast because we chose to go to town and eat a full breakfast meal there. We had two rooms: my husband's and mine... More

Our room was delightful, airy, a little porch to drink tea, read the paper and write out post cards. The room was very clean and a extra large HOT shower. The homemade muffins, with orange juce, coffee and tea was nice too. The owner their makes sure you have beach chairs and beach towels, just very caring. Yes, we will... More

This was our second time at the Cobblestone inn, we were on island for a wedding and the location was perfect, 5 minutes to town, 3 minutes to the Yacht Club, yet on a quiet side st. Room was nice and Airy, central AC is key and they have it. Spacious shower . Robin was very friendly and I think... More

The Cobblestone Inn was a delight. Centrally located, utterly charming, quiet, and clean. The perfect spot for a weekend stay on this incredibly adorable island. If we ever return to Nantucket to stay "in town," we wouldn't look anywhere else. We decided to go on a last-minute trip to Nantucket during one of the final weekends in August. This is... More

Great little bed and breakfast. Lovely simple rooms in a house from the late 1700's, this house is tastefully done, with all the conveniences of home in every room. Our room felt like a lovely gingerbread house. Exceptionally clean, more than enough space, very comfortable mattress, great shower, brand new sheets, blankets and towels...lovely chirping birds and private balcony (ask... More

Keith the owner met my husband two daughters and me by the ferry terminal and helped us carry our luggage to cobblestone inn to our beautifully decorated rooms. It is so central to the heart of Nantucket. A complimentary delicious light breakfast was served each morning of fresh coffee juice and cakes scones and jams. We loved Nantucket and we... More

We stayed in room 4. We arrived early (around 11), and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready! So, we were able to get into our room and freshen up and unpack a bit, when all we had been expecting was a place to leave our luggage. The air conditioning was nice - we definitely needed it the weekend... More

Room was larger then we expected - super clean and comfy bed. We did notice the steep stairs but it wasnt as bad as some indicated-we hardly noticed. The owners never bothered us with idle chit chat or small talk which we appreciated. We felt relaxed, comfortable, and unbothered. The location was great as we didn't have a car and... More

Paid 50% of cost to reserve the room. What a shock when we were asked to pay the remaining 50% on the first morning there, at breakfast no less. Innkeeper()Robin) said she was going out of town and that we would have to pay before she left. Although we did find that her husband was there the rest of our... More

The Cobblestone Inn is a cozy, 18th century bed and breakfast. Built in 1725, last renovated in 1997, the centuries blend walking the two blocks from Steamship Wharf to our quiet cobblestoned side street in the heart of historic Nantucket Town. Miles of beaches and misty moors take you far from jangling phones and the stresses of everyday life. Revel in sedentary solitude, or indulge yourself with long walks and ocean sunsets. “This inn is close to ferry service, the village and just easy to get around without a car. If you do rent a car, the inn has a parking pass for you to use, if its available its very nice to have. Nice fluffy white towels, hair dryer and just a delightful inn.”
