mid november stay on nantucket with glorious weather perfect for cycling. 21 Broad is an easy walk from the ferry up the cobbled streets of nantucket. greeted with warm hospitality of the staff at 21 Broad. The hotel is stylish. I felt right at home. 65 degree temps were conducive to enjoying the outdoor fire in the early evening. enjoyed my stay.

Love staying in the town where you can walk to all of the fantastic restaurants. The staff is wonderful, so friendly. The room was beautiful, so charming. Very clean! Would highly recommend staying at 21 Broad! Great coffee and breakfast were included.

Similar to the experience as "NO REFUND PROVIDED" -we also canceled our reservation within the allotted time and were promised a refund check. After waiting close to 7 weeks a check did arrived. Unfortunately the check BOUNCED. We have yet to receive the refund and continue to work with AMERICAN EXPRESS to dispute the fee.

Our overall rating is based on the service, not the hotel as we were unable to stay. We were looking forward to our stay at 21 Broad in June but unfortunately due to COVID-19 our flights were cancelled and we had to cancel our reservation. At first the hotel were very helpful and happy to assist, even confirming that they would waive the 10% cancellation fee, which we were very grateful for. However, we cancelled our stay on 5th May and provided the hotel with all of the relevant details to issue a refund on 15 June but have still not received this. We have emailed the hotel for an update on several occasions but received no response. We therefore contacted Lark Hotels who at first responded then have failed to do so since. It is 11 weeks since we cancelled our reservation and over 5 weeks since we provided the hotel with the details they requested and we have still not received a refund. We understand that the hotel is most probably very busy issuing refunds during this time but we would have appreciated more communication from the hotel given the time passed. We are really disappointed with the service and would hesitate to book again.…

My wife and I stayed here in mid-November..........clean, cozy, well-appointed rooms in a great location..........literally 2 blocks up from the ferry! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was super fresh and had some nice touches. I would definitely return the next time we are in Nantucket!

All of our hotel rooms are limited to a maximum occupancy of two total people of any age, including infants and unfortunately, our rooms do not accommodate cribs, pack ‘n plays, or roll-away beds and we do not have any to offer onsite. If you're traveling with children, family, or a larger party, we're happy to book multiple rooms for your stay if available. I would recommend calling the property with any further questions or for more clarification.

Good Morning!
We do have a bike rack behind a fence on the side of the building at 21 Broad, however, it is outside, so if it rained, the bikes would get wet. You are welcome to store your bikes at 76 Main (our sister property) in the garage if you're concerned about rain.
