This hotel has maintained the atmosphere of the entire city by maintaining the old look but is a very comfortable modern hotel with all the features one would expect. This is not a large place and it is easy to get around, as the hotel is located in two buildings with a tunnel connecting both places. The grounds are great...

Nice room - bit of a funny smell in the bathroom - good pool, food was alright, staff were friendly! We had a huge issue with the noise on the first night with a party of what sounded like a million people shouting from 3am til 5am. We called reception 3 times who promised to send security but the noise...

I stayed here with my mom on a girl's trip for a few nights. We loved it! We really felt like we were living the luxurious life with a pool we could have jumped into right from the front door of our room (see photo). We felt totally taken care of, especially by the travel planners situated by the restaurant....

The rooms are furnished in what I guess is classic hacienda and are super comfortable with good amenities and a fireplace, but no fridge, which I always want in a tropical climate. . There is a pool and they have wi fi. Another thing I want regardless of climate is an alarm clock. I didn't get one here. The downside...

Spent two nights here coming to ,and one night going from, Guatemala. The setting is lovely- sprawling well-kept gardens, nestling at the foot of a volcanic mountain. The rooms are large and well appointed. The staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers a good selection and the buffet breakfast is sumptuous..

When we were ushered into the lobby and given our keys, I was struck by the calm feeling as we headed for our rooms. The rooms surrounded a courtyard filled with tropical plants and flowers. As I continued on to the next courtyard, again filled with plants and flowers, there was a lap pool with comfortable loungers in the middle...

This has to be one of the nicest hotels in the entire country. I was really impressed with my stay at this hotel. While pricey for Guatemala, this hotel is worth the extra money. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. They had a working fireplace in the room and they replenished the wood each day. The bed was extremely...
