We booked all seven beautifully appointed rooms of the Palacio de Dona Beatriz for our wedding. The hotel also counts with villas for rent so larger families were able to stay in large villas with their own full kitchens, laundry rooms, wood fireplaces and even rooftop patios to enjoy the volcanic eruptions and beautiful sunsets over Antigua. The staff at... More

Wonderful staff, facility, grounds, view and location. Breakfast and coffe were fresh and tasty. The pool was pretty with a tranquil sounding fountain during the daytime. Our room was spacious and had a door opening to an atrium.

Beautiful hotel!! Very very very friendly People who also showed us around town. And The breakfast was delicious. We arrived at 12.30 in the afternoon and they quickly made our rooms ready, which were big and very clean. We asked them for some lunch. And even though they dont serve lunch in the hotel, they made us some sandwiches. Thankyou... More

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights. Our room was wonderful. The staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We booked this small hotel as it had a pool. This too was great, very relaxing , totally private to the hotel guests and a nice way to spend a few hours reading and swimming. We... More

My third time staying at this hotel, once with family, once with friends & this time for a two night stay with a group of people in business. The hotel staff is always pleasant & accomodating. The hotel is always kept very well down to the smallest detail. The hotel is just a beautiful place! The hotel is inside a... More

We stayed here for 6 days. The staff were very pleasant and helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We felt secure there all of the time because not only was the hotel in a gated development but the doors were shut into the reception area. The rooms were large and comfortable with covered seating areas... More

This little 7 bedroom hotel is safe and secure within a gated area. It is relaxing and tranquil with couches on the terraces and communal areas. There is not a huge choice for breakfast but with the surroundings and eating poolside you tend not to notice. Rooms are huge with plenty of drawers and hanging space. There is a roof... More

We got a really good deal on this hotel, booking last minute and it happening to be the quieter season. The hotel itself was lovely, beautiful courtyard area and roof terraces to relax on, unfortunately the pool was undergoing maintenance during our stay, but given the price that we paid we really couldn't complain. Breakfast was great, the staff were... More

We stayed here for two nights for relaxation and we paid a bit more than our budget (50sterling per night through online booking). We were up graded to a deluxe suite which was massive! Pros: breakfast - choice of five; building- very well decorated. Communal areas comfortable. Roof top views of hills; spacious rooms (35m); wifi fine. Cons: rooms slightly... More
