Cannot beat location for accommodation; right in the middle of everything. On the third floor, so some stairs but totally quiet considering. Host met us at the ferry which was very much appreciated; Split is much bigger than it looks and not sure we'd have found it so easy otherwise. Stayed in the triple room; recommend spacing out showers if... More

Clean room, friendly landlady. Right in the middle of old town with a lot of nice restaurants right next door. The apartment is on the third floor, so be prepared to climbs some stairs! A short walk from the port and bus station. She let us store our luggages and treats us like family

Very welcoming stay! We felt like family. Super clean and cozy room. Receptionist are very friendly and have even brought us coffee to our room. They have recommend the best places around town. They didn't rush us out the room, we overslept our check out time and they were very understanding.

Me and my friend Alex recentely visited Malena's appartments. We were planning to stay 1 night and decided to stay 3 nights eventually. Malena's appartements are located very central. The room was nice, was clean and she had a great view on the terras upstairs. I told her we would rate her appartements a 10 because she is such a... More

This is basically a bedroom with a fridge and a bathroom - so if you're looking for a beautiful apartment this might not be the best choice. But the location is excellent! And the landlady is really nice and helpful. You're staying right inside the wall that surrounds the Diocletian palace, so everything is just steps away. Plus there's plenty... More

The beds were comfortable and the ac worked nicely. We left the windows open during the day to get fresh air and their was a amazing... More

I stayed here for one night but could easily stay here for longer. The location is fantastic . I came in late and was greeted warmly and offered rock melon and a drink before I settled in which was lovely. The bed was amazingly comfortable as well! Upon checkout I was also offered figs and berries to eat before I... More

The host, Malena, was very friendly. All was clean and in good shape. We stayed the night on our way through Split. I can really recommend this place for some days in Split. Priceworthy alternative to hotels.

Malena is all you could want in a host. She takes care of you, and everything in her place is done properly. All is perfectly washed, perfectly made, and done with love and care. I stayed in a top quality room, where everything was in top condition. The room has a view to the bell tower, which is pretty cool... More

“It is a quite place in the town. Only food and restaurants near by.”

“This is a good place to stay if you're planning on just sleeping there. The room we had was small and not condusive to hanging out in. But it was more than adequate for the one night we were there. The courtyard entrance is unsigned and dark so it seems as if there is no business there. The stairs were also dark. But upon reaching the top floor where the apartments were located, everything was newly renovated, light and clean. If you want the charm of staying in the very vibrant atmosphere of Diocletain's Palace, then this is a good choice.”

“Ask for room away from kitchen if possible. We had the one closest and were disturbed by noise at times due to thin doors.”
