Excellent location with outstanding views. The old town is only 5 minutes walking distance from the villa. Niko is a very friendly host and helpful. The double room with wooden ceiling beams is charming. Great value and location for money.

Lovely villa, with a shared balcony offering a great view of the sea and a nearby island. Great view from our room window too. It's a bit of a walk to the Old Town - downhill on the way, but uphill on the way back... The nearest supermarket is about 10 mins walk away, if you're planning on cooking for...

Excellent location with outstanding views. The property is a short pleasant walk to the old down and Banje beach and one can walk down for a swim daily. The owner, Niko is very friendly and helpful. He was extremely nice and even dropped us to the Six T car rental location in his own car, which was almost 5 kms...

Pitched roof makes it impossible to stand upright in kitchen, wardrobe and shelving area, and on one side of bed. Buckled wood flooring in part of kitchen area lead to frequent tripping. Area rug laid over it helped. Very clean and well appointed kitchen and appliances. 1 person bath area with functional shower curtain and above average vanity capacity. Daily...

This is one of many large colonial houses in Ploče that have been converted into "sobe" at the demand of this busy tourist spot. It has an amazing view from the communal balcony to rival upmarket hotels on the same road. It's good value for the location, being about a 15 minute downhill walk to Banje beach and the gate...

If you are looking for accommodation in Dubrovnik then Villa Odak is a must. We stayed there for a week in August and Niko the owner is an amazing host. He was so kind to us during our stay and even gave us a lift to our bus on the last day to save us walking with our luggage. The...

10-15 minutes walk from the walls of the old city (up hill on the way back!). St. Jakob beach is a similar walk and is superb. Great facilities, clean, spacious everything works and the details are all in place to ensure you can relax and enjoy your stay. Niko is the perfect host and makes every effort to ensure that your...

We (4 adults) used this wonderfully located villa for the first 5 nights of a 2 week holiday prior to moving North to see more of this beautiful country. Niko (as previously Tripadvised!) was an excellent host and made us very welcome, even offering to 'taxi' us to the small supermarket (not required since it is only 10 minutes walk),...

Booked 3 rooms, all had small kitchen & fridge, therefore able to do ourselves breakfast, which we took on the terrace with great views. Very clean and pleasant. 15 minutes walk to Dubrovnik old town, and 5 minutes walk don to the 'beach', on rocks but some concrete laid to enable you to sit, steps into the sea, steep climb...

Stayed two nights, Niko was helpful and flexible about checking in very late, letting us leave our bags after check out, had umbrellas to borrow when it rained. Room was clean and surprisingly spacious, very nice. About 15 minute walk to old town but this was perfect - the whole walk has a great view, and the distance means a...
