Seemed hidden at first but once you get oriented with the layout of old town you quickly realize what a great location it is. Not far from the action but tucked away on a quiet lane. Our room was exactly as pictured. It was clean, had ample amenities, and an excellent hostess. Main entranced either staffed or locked at night...

We stayed here for 5 nights. I booked this after reading all the positive reviews on trip advisor and we were not disappointed. The price was fantastic for what we got. The room was small but it was fine for my Partner and I as we only used it as a base. It was quite dark as the window on...

The service and location in the old town (great service/quiet location) was faultless, but we were in the ground floor room so it was incredibly dark and felt like a grotto under ground. It was also quite humid and damp, and very noisy when other guests came in through the front door. Better value for money if you book an...

Nikolina manages 3 properties in old Dubrovnik under the name Villa Sigurata. We stayed at the wonderful old house at Stulina 4 near the cathedral, tucked away in a small romantic lane. Our second floor room with en-suite was small but quiet, clean, comfortable & provided everything we needed. A special bonus is the kitchen on the ground floor with...

This location could not have been better it is just 2 minutes near the main street. Our room was on the second floor with just few steps! It was really romantic and cute room with excellent shower. There is a breakfast room where you can make coffee and tea for free. The room was cleaned daily and The owner Nicollina...

We had booked Villa Sigurata based on previous reviews and prior to our arrival had contact from Nikolina to confirm details, which in my experience is always good and shows a good level of customer service. First thing to mention is that we used Google maps to find it from our drop off point in the town centre and promptly...

Great location inside the walls and close to many restaurants and other attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Charming, comfortable, and quiet room. I would definitely return to this very nice hotel.

I just returned from 17 days in Europe with my 85 year old mom. I can't tell you how delighted we were to stay at Nikolina's wonderful Villa. We arranged fro transport from and to the hotel (her lovely husband, Luca, was the driver). Nikolina met us at the city gate and helped us to bring our bags to the...

We had our travel agent book this hotel based on past reviews on TripAdvisor and were so glad we did! This hotel is within the walls of the old city very close to the central square making it the perfect location for exploration of the town and walking back late at night. However, despite being in the "thick of things",...

Just returned from a lovely stay in a beautiful place , made more enjoyable by the rooms and host we stayed with. Providing our transport from the airport, on time and a very courteous driver. Nikolina, the owner, met us at the car park and walked us through the city to our accommodation, just inside the walls and minutes away...
