Reserved an apartment here for just one night in mid-October. (I believe that they normally require at least a 2 night stay, but perhaps in low-season they were more flexible.). The building is down a very narrow street ... but most streets in Dubrovnik are narrow, in a building that doesn't look like much from the outside, but hides delightful...

We enjoyed our stay in Apartment 4, so much we extended twice. The reception was prompt and efficient and we were assisted with bags up stairs - wide and well lit. Security was excellent and our room was cleaned after two days. A light bulb was replaced at night almost immediately. The room was large and comfortable and an outdoor...

We worried that the apartment might be noisy, but the location is excellent, right in the Old City, but just out of the way of partiers. We also wondered if an historic structure could offer the amenities that would support comfort. This one certainly does. But what impressed us most was the meticulously good management and the value inherent in...

Apartment A1 is only about 4 metres from where bottle smashing/ recycling takes place from sometimes as early as 0200 hrs. at night through to as late as past 0800hrs in the morning. Whether you stay in A1( ground floor) or A9 (top floor) you will NOT escape the noise, and will loose a lot of sleep! we had to...

The location for the apartments is very good in a service alley in the old town. The communication from the apartments was good with directions on how to find the apartments. However I made a request via booking.com for a double bed and the apartment only had twin beds. Not great for a romantic weekend and no other rooms available....

Location is brilliant, right in the centre of Dubrovnik, reception is about 200m away which is a little confusing when locating but fine. Rooms are a bit tired and bathroom fixtures are falling apart a bit. Air con didn't seem to work other than as a fan, unfortunately we couldn't open the window as the bars were smashing bottles into...

I wish I had more positive things to say about this property. We noticed the ratings were a bit sketchy when we booked but few places were available because we finalized our plans a bit late. Our apartment was run down and poorly appointed. The furniture is old and uncomfortable (although the beds were okay). Dubrovnik was hot (we visited...

I had a first floor apartment that faced the trash bins. Every night at 3 am I was woken up by sounds of glass bottles being moved around. finally on the third night, it was very bad...two men were collecting bottles from the trash cans and throwing (and breaking) them into trash bags. This went on for 2 hours. Because...

This business is actually called ZigZag Apartments, not Amoret Apartments. I'm not sure why it's advertised differently. We arrived in Dubrovnik in the late afternoon, and after phoning the reception and waiting approx. 20 mins for the concierge to arrive, it transpired that the room was still not ready (at roughly 16:00). The location was superb, the old town is...

Dear guest, thank you for your review, we appreciate it and we will improve the things you mentioned. We apologize that you had to experience malfunction of AC, it was fixed shortly after you left. Having apartments in the Old town means prime location, but power issue can happen due to the old infrastructure. Our staff probably reacted in emergency...

We stayed in these apartments mid to end of May 2016. On arrival, you need to find the reception, which is located separately from the apartments in the old town. The old town does not allow any traffic, therefore you have to walk from one of the main gates, but everything is within a short distance. It was very easy...
