We booked the Hotel Neptun for one night,to end our trip on a high as it looked luxurious and modern. Unfortunately, when we arrived they told us we had been 'upgraded' to the Royal Princess Hotel, we were actually given a room in the Royal Palm hotel, which was older and a bit run down. The rooms were nothing like...

We stayed here for 3 nights in a suite overlooking the water. We wouldn't recommend staying here in a room without this view. It's absolutely stunning and is all about the view. The hotel is PERFECTLY situated; it is right on the water and has a promenade for nice long walks which leads to a lively area of cafes and...

Beautiful stay and loved the chairs on the rocks by the sea. Food great and staff lovely. Would definitely stay again. Nice easy bus ride to town and good to come home to quiet location at the end of a day touring Dubrovnik.

We ended a long trip through Bosnia and Croatia at the Royal Palm. We were welcomed by Iva at the front desk who was welcoming, professional and intuitive. I have traveled extensively for both business and pleasure, and I can safely say that this was the most professional staff I have ever dealt with. The room was spotless, the beach...

This hotel is rather further out of town than I imagined so that a trip to the sights needs some planning. Buses are cheap and frequent but congested and driving and parking was a nightmare. The view and the bathing rocks are superb as the sea is so clear and warm in late summer. The biggest pool is saltwater so...

My family stayed at the Royal Palm Hotel for 7 nights in mid-August. This is our second time at the Importanne Resort after staying at the Royal Princess Hotel three years ago. The Royal Palm and Royal Princess Hotels are situated next to one another. When my wife and I decided to come back to Dubrovnik this year, there was...

This is my first time writing a review on anything but my experience had me feel compelled to take the time and perhaps share my experience with others. My girlfriend and I decided to visit Dubrovnik to kick off our Croatian vacation. We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights at the Royal Palm Hotel. Having travelled throughout Croatia, I...

We stayed with this resort (Importanne Resort) for the second year in a row this summer. Last year we stayed in the part of the resort called the Royal Princess but this time we tried the Royal Palm which basically is the same hotel but with suites located on the other side of the entry/reception than the Royal Princess. I...

I booked a week's stay with 2 friends in a luxury 1-bedroom suite with a sea view. We booked through booking.com, who said we were booked into the Ariston Hotel (I was sure it would be the Royal Palm) and, when we arrived, it was indeed the Royal Palm Hotel. The suite we had is beautiful, with the most gorgeous...

This is a great resort, loved the pool and the kids loved jumping off the rock into the ocean. Rooms were massive although a little dated. Pillows were good, gym was well equipped and breakfast was lovely with a great outlook. Zoe's wine bar...didnt have the wine on the wine list and didn't really know the wine! Avoid mediterraneo as...
