Rooms extremely basic without basic amenities, uncomfortable with no luxuries. Ok as a base. If you're expecting daily clean sheets forget it. As for breakfast don't bother setting the alarm. Hotel in need of urgent refurbishment. A bad odour. Unhelpful staff.

Helpful receptionist, but surly and rude waiter at breakfast. Fruit juice undrinkable as was the coffee. Fruit old and unappetising. Cooked food limited didn't even try it. Muesli available first day , but when asked if it was available second day just got an abrupt "no"! Which just left toast. Room a better experience. Aircon worked, bed comfortable, shower good.Wi-fi... More

Nice clean, simple room & bathroom, beds very comfortable! Only negative is there is live music playing right outside the hotel, which was amazing, however not so good if you're trying to get an early night. The hotel is located directly on the promenade, with so many restaurants to choose from; we had plenty of choice and ate somewhere different... More

On the plus side: Convenient location Clean room Excellent shower Excellent wifi signal The rest... The whole place is rather tired looking. Public areas desperately need a revamp and the room aircon was so noisy it had to be turned off to sleep. Whilst clean and acceptable the room was small and very dated It's also very close to lots... Hotel Sumratin is a very nice old-fashionned building dating from 1918 and looking as if the last renovation had been done in 1970. It is located 200 meters from the shabby and dirty concrete beach of Labad, which doesn't deserve its name. To get there, you have to fight your way through troves of tourists strolling along hundreds of low... More

The hotel is in a very Good position, near the sea and the bus stop to the old town of Dubrovnik. The building shows its years but the rooms are wide, clean and there is all the necessary, basic things to pass a good night. The garden is large and well kept. The staff is kind.

Decent hotel, but priceh for what it offers. Rooms are vert small and a little uncomfortable. The cleaning service is very early and they WILL wake you up. If you do not wake up earlier than 11 am your room probably will not be cleaned. Breakfast is decent/bad.

This hotel is in the middle of the Lapad promenade with a beach close by and lots of bars and restaurants. There is a nice bar right outside the hotel which plays live music most nights. Lapad is a bit more of a family/local area then the old town. In fact, a lot of locals who live in the old... More

We stayed for three nights while passing through dubrovnik. The hotel was fine, didn't expect more at that price. The service was very nice and the receptionists were very helpful. It's located near a beach and a wide selection of restaurants and bars. It offered parking at site but for a daily fee. The breakfast was okay, not bad but... More

Location: miles from the old town, but has a beach close by. Also plenty of restaurants nearby. A ten minutes bus ride takes you into town and it runs frequently (number 6). Room: not bad. Not a lot of room around the double bed, but that's ok. Came with en-suite. No fridge, which is a nuisance as a cold drink... More
