We rented tha smallest room you can select from in Villa but for a couple absolutely fine. Very clean which is one of my priorities. To the old town easy 10-15 min walk. Public beach just behind the corner. The owners of the Villa are very hospitable. I recommend.

Location to the old town was great but nice to escape all that back to the apartment. The views from the terrace were incredible, watching all the boats sail past. Such generous hosts who made us feel very welcome :-)

The location is just great, we always love being in this apartment in Dubrovnik. The apartment is fully renewed and equipped, friendly hosts, the beach is close by. What makes this place unique is especially the view from the terrace. You can enjoy lunch or dinner on your terrace by the Adriatic Sea, a wonderful experience. Strongly recommended.

Best location in Dubrovnik! Beautiful, artistic, spacious, very clean, fully equipped resistance with outstanding panoramic views of beautiful Dubrovnik! Stayed at Villa Smodlaka 5 days in the largest resistance with 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids), and cannot stress how much we loved staying with Maria! The beach is few steps down and the old town is only 20...

My husband, two daughters and I stayed at this apartment in June for a total of six nights. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is centrally located for walking to the old city, day trips (we rented a car) to Slano, Ston, Mijet, etc. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The weather was not cooperative...

We travelled as a couple staying 5 nights in the Oleanda Apartment. We knew when we booked this apartment that it was going to be “basic” living but we were after the views and location and Villa Smodlaka certainly exceeded those expectations. I had priced the 5 star Rixos Libertas Hotel right next door and could not justify paying more...

Tucked in next to a five-star hotel, and perched right on the edge of the sea, is Villa Smodlaka, home to Marija and her husband. We stayed for five nights in Oleander, the studio apartment within the villa. From the front door and the bedroom window, you look directly out on to the Adriatic. All you need for an enjoyable...

We stayed in studio Bon Bon for 10 days which is located on the top floor of the villa, the studio itself is very small but clean and well maintained. However the size of the balcony makes up for the small room. The view is magnificent and the sun hits the balcony until late in the evening, it's the perfect...

We stayed in Studio Smodlaka at Villa Smodlaka while visiting Dubrovnik. I'm really, really glad we did not get anything inside the old city walls or even adjacent to the walls. Dubrovnik is simply over run with tourists all day every day. They come by the busloads from cruise ships and everywhere else and it gets quite crowded and loud....

Firstly the location is perfect. Just a 10-15mins walk along a beautiful coastal road to the old town. Easy accessible, whether walking, using public transport or the local taxis The villa is perched on the cliff so as soon as you enter the grounds of the Villa your breath is taken away, the view is stunning, even local hotels haven't...
