Great place to stay for a longer period. These apartments are very pleasant, well-appointed and you are welcomed by very friendly staff. For elderly people it is good to know that there is no lift for some of the apartments which are on the 4th floor. It is recommended that you check on which floor the apartment is.

We just ate breakfast at the central apartments "restaurant central point". Two dishes listed on the breakfast card were not available. The breakfast of menu 3 we choose on the menu card seemed to be very poor quality. Old fruits were served. The oil/vinegar dispensers on the table were dirty (undefinable hairy stuff and dust on it).

We rented a couple of apartments to house my family in mid July. A studio apartment for my son and his girlfriend and another for us and our daughter. Both were really perfectly situated in the middle of the old town overlooking church and square (three flights of stairs, but definitely worth it for the view and location). We were... More

My colleagues and I have stayed in Zadar for a number of years after a week's sailing through the Dalmatia islands. I chose this apartment after trolling the internet looking for somewhere very central in the old town. Initially the taxi took us to the wrong place, a few blocks away. On calling the hotel, Carlo, from the hotel, came... More

Beautiful apartment in the historic city center. Great interior design. Pleasent staff. Apartment is disclocated from reception and restaurant where breakfast was served, but not too far from booth. Great position and Zadar is beautifull town. If visiting Zadar, Central Royal Apartments is place to be :-)

We stayed at the 'Obala kneza Branimira 16' Apartment and enjoyed the stay very much. The room was nice and the view was fantastic. We (couple) are middle aged. But have to keep in mind that the stairs to the upstairs bed in this apartement are steep and may not be convenient for elderly or People with limited mobility. Karlo... More

Karlo met us at the bus stop and accompanied us to the apartment, gave us sound advice about the surrounding area. A town map in the apartment would have been a welcome addition.Very central location.

Enjoyed our stay in Zadar for a few days in February, and the owner (Karlo) has a nice laid back approach, and if you ask he will give you advice on were to go, and what to do. the appartment itself is clean, modern and very convenient for Zadar. Early morning fresh bread is available 5 minutes away, at the... More

We stayed in a Central Royal Apartment for one night only when visiting Zadar in early October 2013. The apartment is conveniently located and has an absolutely magnificient view on the habour and the city. Via a pedestrian bridge it is connected to the old town - a 5min walk only. The apartment seems to have been recently refurbished. Everything... More

We stayed in the 'budget apartment' which attracted a 1star review a month ago. The booking information made clear that it was overlooking rather than in the old city and we enjoyed the views from the tiny balcony across the water to the old city, the short walk in and out, the local ferries coming and going, and the sense...
