Host of villa showed his outstanding hospitality and kindness. Moreover, when the host found out, that my wife is pregnant, he came up with an upgrade to room in a building with elevator. Room was very clean, looked like brand new, huge bed. Delicious breakfast on top floor in main building with panoramic view. Very clean water in swimming pool, warm water temperature, all equipment in room and on territory was brand new. It was sad to leave, as everything went so smoothly. If I ever come to Zadar, I will definitely stay at this host’s villa.

We spent four nights at the Villa Liburnum. Claudio, the owner, was most kind to us and surpassed our expectations for service. Our top floor room had a nice wraparound balcony. We had a good breakfast on the upper floor of the adjoining building and also had breakfast brought to our room on other mornings. The villa had an arrangement with a local cab company that provided a very reasonable rate to and from the old town of Zadar. This was a good place to stay for a good price.

We travelled with another couple and spent just one night at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and allowed us to check into one of the rooms early, which we appreciated. Due to availability, we ended up in a twin room in the older building and our companions had a stunning double room in the new building. While our twin room was newly decorated, the aircon unfortunately didn't work well at all so to be honest our sleep quality was poor although the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fairly basic, and served on the top floor of the new building which has a great view of Zadar. It is a fair walk down to the town from the hotel.

Easy to find, we were welcomed in French by this wonderful young woman. She was so helpful and smiling! She recommended the Pet Bunara and Niko restaurants we went to. Great recommendations. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, just what we wanted. The hotel is about 2 km from the old town.
